all was lovely

The appartment was perfect for a family stay. We could go out and come back in the evening, cook a quick dinner ourselves, and get refreshed into the next day. The pool was an extra bonus for the kids, since the beach was too cold and windy when we visited.

nicely set out, friendly staff, good parking in an excellent location

Ideal for a small family, great that the house came with a baby gate. Loved having a kitchen for breakfasts and meals in the evening after our toddler had gone to bed. Location was amazing for visiting d day locations and staff were knowledgeable about best beaches etc. Would definitely stay again!
We had 1 towel pack which consists of a face cloth, hand towel and bath towel for 3 people, thankfully we took out own. 2 toilet rolls for a weeks stay is not enough we had to buy our own. The bath really needs some sort of non slip mat in it, washing our toddler was close to impossible and deadly. Mattress was very hard.

Perfect situation for visiting Dday beaches and other sights. Amazing reception staff! Special mention for Xavier and Gillian. lovely view from our apartment. Peaceful and quiet.
Some decorating is in order. Would benefit from a little updating. No lift ( not a problem for us, but difficult for those with mobility issues

Nice location, close to the D-day beaches and Bayeaux. The pool were nice for the kids.
The facilities were generally worn. You get the impression of using cheap materials. Kitchen without a hood, and the exhaust in the toilet and shower did not work.

Good location, 700m to the beach, shops and restaurants. Small but functional apartments. Superb customer service by the staff and great pool even for colder days. Beach has got lifeguards.
Cleaning was not great, please improve. Not nice to find loads of dust under the mattresses, in the wardrobe etc. Rather expensive week compared to other places.

this is are second visit, again every thing was perfect. we have no complaints re. the pool, location and are bed, the accommodation was the best lovely views from bedroom window across the river.
every thing was perfect.

Playground/Pool for the kids
Nearish all the sights we wanted to see
Not as clean as I’d hoped it would be with Covid measures.

We had an incredibly warm welcome and Arsen (?) on reception was so kind and couldn’t do enough for you.
The kitchen was very well-equipped, but not a huge amount of space for preparing or plating up food. We mostly ate out though. The water was piping hot and plentiful and the bed was comfortable, although the bedroom is quite small. Despite this, there is plenty of storage space for your luggage etc.
Set in a very quiet, peaceful area - you literally could hear the birds singing at dawn and in the evening. Just a short stroll from bars and restaurants.
I think the apartments for four would be too cramped for four adults, but fine for two. Beware the food composting bin!!

They location
Everything was okay.

The staff ( thanks Mister Xavier you are the best), the location of the Résidence and of course the pool @31C° perfect for my little baby of 6 months and for my son of 6 years old. The pre-order of the bakery ( pain au choco + croissant) very nice.
The possibility to do a late checkout especially when you are with children. No stress at all and very friendly staff. A 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the open fish market. And for the parents, the nice playround next to the residence (5min walks) is perfect to let safely our kids playing around and for all ages.
Maybe the room a little bigger. Possibility to have a late opening of the swimming pool.

Heated swiming pool
Room had smoke smell and there was an ashtray in the dinning room

The location is quiet and pretty close to the water. The equipment is ok. The local technical team is quick to respond in case of problems.
The houses and furnishings (bathroom faucets, ventilation) are a bit worn. We were there at the end of the season... A more intensive basic cleaning would have significantly enhanced the accommodation.

The on-site heated pool was great.
The one bedroom apartment we booked was really cramped, to the point where we really couldn’t be in it during the day as space was so limited. Plus it was dirty, no furniture had been moved to clean properly so we found plenty of dust and dirt plus lost items from previous guests. The kitchen shelves had many marks and were so grimy we went straight to the grocery shops and bought disinfectant wipes to thoroughly clean everything ourselves plus we were so worried about the state of dinnerware that we ran it all through the dishwasher before using. It was so disappointing as this apartment was not cheap.

Good location near Juno beach . A good base for us to see Paris, the Normandy beaches and picardie (Somme) . We only stayed three of 9 nights at this resort due to its lack of suitability for our needs (3 kids one adult)
Only facilities of note was small indoor swimming pool. Totally inadequate in 90 degree heat . Totally unsure re COVID issues.
Bikes has to be rented ( for price of stay should be complimentary ) accommodation tiny and would be too small for one person let alone 4.
