Tranquil Retreat on a Budget

We had the pleasure of staying at Stelios House in Asprovalta for a single night, and while our visit was brief, we found it to be a charming and peaceful place, especially for those traveling on a budget. The bedrooms and bathroom, provided us with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable night's rest. While not overly spacious, they were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep. A standout feature of Stelios House is the secure parking lot, and the on-site restaurant was a convenient and pleasant addition. After a day of travel, it was a relief not to worry about finding a place to eat. The restaurant served up some delicious dishes, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to dine within the property. You get a flawless internet connection available throughout the property. Although our stay was brief, we could sense that Stelios House has the potential to be a tranquil and budget-friendly base for exploring the beauty of Asprovalta and its surroundings. In conclusion, if you're looking for a peaceful and budget-friendly retreat with excellent internet connectivity, Stelios House is worth considering. Its serene ambiance and on-site facilities, including the pool and restaurant, add to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

Nice place, clean and tidy. Good kitchen. Good staff. The beach is close, with few stones. The noise from the street stands out during the day.

Location is excellent - 5 minutes to walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the grocery store! The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

At first, we were offered a much smaller room with minimum conveniences. But after we had grouched a bit they offered us a much better option.

The room had a terrible smell

The garden is nice and the location was suitable for us too.

The air in the room smelled awful and nothing could improve that. Air conditioner didn't help, fully opening the windows also didn't help. It was almost unbearable to breathe and if we had another choice, we would have left.

Very good

Easy check-in/check-out. Small, but very convenient room with all the things you need. The family which managing the house are very friendly and helpful. The garden are nice and very convenient. The parking is on a safe place in the backyard behind the house. I really recommend that house to everyone.

Too noisy because of the passing cars on the main street which is on front of the house, despite the garden in the middle. Mosquitoes are everywhere. When you get a shower or using the sink the floor of the bathroom become too wet. Some kind of mop is highly needed because of the mess you will reach as soon as you start using the bathroom.

Superb

We spent only four days at Stelios House, out of the seven nights booked, as a result of an unwanted event in our family in the country, which forced us to leave earlier. But while we were here, everything was OK, we had a small studio, with bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, where we had everything we needed to spend a pleasant stay. The hosts were up to the task, we even received free craft beer from them (very good, by the way). We had a parking place in the courtyard of the pension, which is large enough for all guests to have parking. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. In the immediate vicinity of the guesthouse, there is a market, where you can make the necessary supplies.

Maybe for some people, the fact that the distance to the beach is about 600-700 m, may seem unpleasant, but for us this was not an impediment, on the contrary, it gave us an extra motivation to move. Only the distance to the city is a bit bigger, harder to walk for some, but for that, one can use your personal car or the bus ... :)
