Not far from the airport. Meal at restaurant was good. Close to the water.
Poor signage and access to property. Property was poorly maintained - roads were in bad condition, unit was basic and not like photos in advert, no facilities, very small room and bathroom. Bed was not comfortable.

Very near the airport. Next to the beach. Two bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.
Outdated furniture.

The beach is close.
There was a big problem with electricity in the village, which they could have let us know before we arrived. They told us after the check in that there is no electricity. When we were in the bungalow we also realized that there was no water. They would refuse to offer us any other accomodation or provide any other help. No chance to get a refund no other help. I definitely wouldn't recommend or return here.

Location amazing beach
There was a power outage and they had no generator for the rooms . So there was no AC . Loud music from a nearby bar until 3 am

Location right on the beautiful beach, staff is really friendly and helpful, breakfast included, free supervised parking on the premises.
kitchen/kitchenette is poorly equipped, there are too few sockets in the app, it is not really regularly maintained, so it feels a bit outdated.

A very relaxing ambiance. We booked a bungalow just in front of the beach. Be careful what you book as there are different options for bungalows and apartments which are not the same. Easy parking and large equipped beach and the swimming pool. Entertainment people and at the restaurant are so kind. Air condition and TV was new. No cars go inside the village but one of the staff carried our luggages with a small car. We had no fridge but we asked for one and the receptionist arranged this for us immediately. We stayed for 5 nights so we had enough time to enjoy la spiagga.
The beach should be cleaned more often like the others next to it. Shower drain smells but used to leave bathroom window open so it is fine. Rooms are not cleaned but you may use the broom placed outside to remove the sand. On fridays and saturdays parties are held nearby till 6am so I suggest ear plugs after all the owners can't do anything about it. Being a huge village there's lot of work to do which is being done so keep it up.

the guy who picked us up from airport last night and dropped us back in Catania this morning was very helpful, as was the lady on the front desk who arranged our transfers.
there wasn’t a tv in the room and there wasn’t a kitchenette.
the room looked nothing like the pictures! there was a dirty old fridge and fan in the room! it was so noisy until 3am! its practically Mis-selling as far as I see it!!
I had searched for an airport hotel because we were arriving late, (23.30) into catania.
this was a second rate beach resort/holiday camp , that wasn’t worth anywhere near £160 for one night!
we checked out this morning at 9.00 because it was so bad. we only spent 8 hours at the hotel. that’s £20 an hour!!

The stay was pleasant. I loved the fact that once you open the back door of your bungalow you are already on the beach. The stuff was really nice to us, breakfasts were free — you could take a coffee or a cappuccino, any kind of a fresh baken croissant, plus a cake or a pie and a jogurt. I'm used to that kind of Italian breakfast, so for me it was quite good. The other food at the restaurant was also nice — lasagna, pizza, pasta and often some seafood for a reasonable price. There were clean bedsheets, brand new mattresses and perfectly clean white towels. They also gave us one shampoo/body gel per person, so you might want to take your own toiletry with you, but the water pressure in the shower was strong and that's a good thing. The bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise clean and enough to fit one person. Almost all of the staff knows a little English, and that's a plus, too. There are a lot of cats at the property, so you might want to share your food with them, I personally loved them :)
First of all, please do you research and use the bus (Alibus and then line D) to get to the property from the airport. The taxi price was outrageous. After we paid more than 30€ for the taxi, the lady at the property asked us to pay extra for the private beach, lying that it was mentioned on the Booking.com web site. They cleaned the beach only once (while the neighboring beaches were cleaned every night) and there still was some garbage, so no idea why we had to pay extra for it. They didn't clean the rooms while we were there, so we had to mop the floors ourselves if we didn't like the sand everywhere. They also need to get rid of the people on the beach trying to sell you some sunglasses or a massage, if they tell that it's really a private beach. The wifi at the rooms was horrible, the TV stopped working after a day. Also the oven, where the pizza is baked, has to be cleaned.

The sandy beach was nice, however you had to pay 10EUR/person/day for using sunbed and umbrella, no matter if you use it or not - it is a fee to access the beach. The beach looks to be private but especially t the weekend you have to share it with local Italians (those are not guests) and there is a chance you will not have a sunbed and an umbrella.
We did not get the room we paid for. No fridge, no kitchenette. The bathroom only for really slim or bulimic people with very bad way of mixing warm and cold water - dangerous esp. for children. Lavatory was not working properly.
The personnel did not inform properly (lied!) about frequency of the cleaning. The personnel was helpful only on the day of arrival, but later on did not help at all.
The breakfast was sweet only and very poor.It started at 7.30am, but if you came at 9.00 the offer was limited to 50%.
The dinner had no real alternative for children and neither cake nor other sweet alternative.
The pizza was horrible! You expect to get really good Italian pizza as you are in Italy but then you are looking forward to have hamburger at McDonald's, no matter how far it is...

Only the location pretty close to the main beach + clean and nice beach with Etna panorama in the background. Staff on the reception were nice.
Very basic rooms and bathroom. Very poor facilities, the restaurant was not worth visiting. Breakfast is the same every day - one croissant (if you are lucky and come in the right time) + a poor cappuccino (by far not an Italian style). During the day we only tried the restaurant once and that was really enough. So you need a car and go somewhere else every day to have a dinner. At night you need to expect endless parties on the neighbouring beach. If you seek quite sleep nearby a beach for the money they charge here, definitely go somewhere else. If you are after parties and do not care about food, you may like it here.

Literally on the beach.
Rooms are small. Shower drain was clogged. Could use some updating.

Just on the clean private beach, free beach service, view to Etna. You get exactly what you pay.
Only one croissant and one coffe for breakfast.

Great service : the owner has picked me up at the airport and brought me back. I have saved 70 Euro of Taxi !
I like everything. It’s my favorite location in Catania close to the airport.

24-h reception with excellent communication in advance by the staff. The airport shuttle was very convenient and cost slightly less than a taxi. It looks like a good place to stay on the beach with lots to do. We were there only one night after arriving very late at the airport
Room was very tiny (but very clean!) and it served the purpose!
