Location was topnotch! The Duplex was right in the middle of Old Town, just 5 stairs up from ground level. Clean, apartment size just right for a couple. Ground floor living room had a sofa where my nephew slept on, while my son took the upstairs double bed. (we mistakenly thought the double bed could be separated into 2 twins). Small washing machine was okay for underwears, socks, small amount shirts. Wifi was okay, but not fast enough for my nephew's film projects. Restaurants all over.
Slow wifi.

Shower hot water was only good for one shower. Keys inside doesn't work properly. Very noisy with pub below. Can't sleep.. Amenities in the room are limited .

Upon arrival I phoned the number as requested and the woman asked if we were at the main gate. Having never been there before I had no idea. Was instructed to proceed down the main street. Again, having never been there before, how would I know which street that was. For some unknown reason the navigation app on my phone sent me on a route to the apartment's address that wasn't the most direct. Because we were taking longer than expected to arrive the woman, who was in an obvious hurry, kept phoning me. This would cause the screen on my phone to switch from the navigation app to the telephone screen. Total frustration.

everything
the steps/stairs to the apartment where not very good and the lighting was poor on a timer that kept going off before we got to the end

Location, only a few steps to get to apartment and near the Pile gate. Easy to find. Inside steps are small but well designed. Extra blankets.
Nice being in an old building with modern features

location in town.
Rooms were not as advertised in comfort or quality, apartment was poorly cleaned (floors and “couch”), linens were terrible (twin sheets set across a king bed), name is misleading. We got a basic apartment for a “luxury” price. Nobody told us it was above a noisy bar with hookah smoke and thumping music.

Comfortable bed. Excellent location. Spacious bedroom with two wardrobes. Plenty of hot water with good shower. Great WiFi. Kitchen well equipped. Stove top and oven provided all spotlessly clean. Great little terrace with small table + 2 chairs for outdoor space and fresh air. If you enter the Old Town via the Pile Gate there are no steps to the apartment- a real bonus!
We knew there was a restaurant downstairs but it is more of a late bar so very noisy until after midnight. Also noisy when guests move about in the apartment upstairs. Decor a bit dated especially in the bathroom. Having said all that we would stay here again so the location is super.

The location is perfect, located close enough to all the liveliness of the city and yet just far enough to be able to sleep and sleep in; although I wouldn’t sleep in and miss the calm beauty of the morning. The manager, Nuti, is a great help and I only wish we had time to follow all her suggestions.
If you want to go to bed early (not in our case), then the bar downstairs will keep you awake till midnight.

GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION, JUST GRAB BREAKFAST FROM THE SUPERMARKET 2 STREETS AWAY. WE HAD TO RING SOME ONE TO MEET US TO LET US IN, BUT A LADY CAME FAIRLY QUICKLY. HAVING TO PAY IN CASH WAS A BIT TEDIOUS. BUT THATS CROATIA. THE WASHING MACHINE WAS AN UNEXPECTED BONUS.
THE INTERNET WAS THE WORST! IT BARELY WORKED INSIDE OUR UNIT - IT ACTUALLY WORKED BEST IF YOU SAT ON THE STREET OUTSIDE THE UNIT!

The location was fantastic and it was very clean
A bit smaller than I expected but big enough for what we needed. I did as for separate bedding which we didn’t get (travelling with my adult son) though the bed was big so ok

The terrace was lovely, and a very central location in old town.
