The location and cleanliness
The description was very misleading and not true. There was no a shower! There was a wash down hand spray on the tap for the free standing bath. The description stated there is a shower . You stand up in the a shower, I had to get my wife to hold the hand spray whilst I knelt in the bath, totally unacceptable. The description also states that there is a living room with a separate bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living room, bedroom and the bathroom is in the same room! The description also states there is a wardrobe, there is no wardrobe! There is a bracket on the wall over a drawer chest, is this a wardrobe? There were no instructions relating to the facilities available only a very quick verbal description from the owner. The automatic bath plug did not work, had to get the owner back to look at it. We had to pry it out with our finger nails. The ‘City View’ is of the buildings opposite, you would need to be in a very elevated position to have a city view. The toiletries consisted of a very small tablet of soap and a 30 ml of bath/shower gel. No toiletries at all in the toilet. I don’t know how you get away with writing a description like this which is clearly not for this property. You should be ashamed.

There was a parking space for my car. And the property is close to the beach.
There were no staff at check-in, & the front door was left open all day, so that anyone could have walked in. It felt a bit scary.

Great location, comfy beds, would definitely stay again.
Kitchen is far too small to accommodate the amount of people staying there. You REALLY need to put handles on the bedroom doors to help close them the tiny latch cuts your hands as you have to pull/slam the doors to hard to try and close them. Which then leads to undue noise as everyone is doing it!!

A lovely guesthouse with a welcoming feel about it. We had a great one night stay with our motorcycle touring group with the added bonus as its so close to the seafront! Close to all the usual seaside restaurants and bars so you won't go wanting and we'd be happy to stay again!
Owners were very welcoming and helpful to so I would highly recommend!
Nothing!

Location .

Location was great, with a little sea view between two buildings. I could smell the sea a bit especially outside which was lovely. Loved the carpet and art.
There was a bottle of half used energy drink left by soneone in the drawer next to the bed. Also there were very few coat hangers and there seemed like some signs of damp on wall above the bed closest to the window.

Considering new owners just taken over the Guest House, room/bed were comfortable, no issues sharing bathroom. Good kitchen set up, although too small to cater for all 9 rooms. Excellent location to everything incl public transport
WiFi not the best. Finally dropped out on my 2nd day (weekend) and still not up n going on departure

Good Central location with parking.
It took 20 minutes to enter the property, despite giving my arrival time.

I loved the house, not sure if I paid more as a solo traveller

everyone was clean and the beds were comfortable. location was perfect, a quite street but 1min walk from the busy center. parking behind the property
we shared. bathroom with the 4 rooms on our floor, as our group took up 3 of those, we could coordinate the use but I imagine it can be a wait if you don’t.

excellent value, very clean and comfortable too!

Perfect area.
One bathroom for 4 rooms is not enough.

The proximity to both the centre of town and sea and a base for visiting National Library and Aberystwyth Art Centre. for attending concerts. Also the quiet street. The shared facilities presented no problem and the kitchen was well provided with everything you would need.
Only one thing I found difficult. The scent sticks although a nice touch were a little toostrong
