Decepcionada

No dejaban entrar niños en la piscina; agosto 40 grados en Sevilla en hotel de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones no acordes con esa categoría. Muy ruidosas porque pasan los usuarios por delante de la ventana.Decepcionante .

Where do I start? No communication with breakfast waitress had to just get on with it ourselves, dated bathroom although new design tiles no Bath or sink replacement so half a job done.

Exceptional

The adjoining swimming pool club was buzzing on a Sunday hotel included free entry but children not allowed. The bar was cool and reasonable. The hotel room was small but more than adequate for overnight good air con . Parked on road but only 5 euros a night in hotel.

Location wise it was spot on for us. perfect for the Via Serrana walk.

That I stayed just one night.

That this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel but it barele diserves 2. The floor tiles in the bathroom were moving and the faucet was loose.The breakfast was horrible, we were woken up at 6am due to the noises from the cleaning van and the cars în the parking lot. I really don't understand how this hotel is rated so highly, it's a joke. Price was really high for the quality of this place.

we chose the venue because it was relatively easy to use the train to get to/from Seville. Apart from the hotel’s ow

The only thing to commend it was the pool area, however there was nothing in the information that explained that from 5-9pm this area turned into an 18-30 Ibitha venue. If you wanted to enjoy a drink at the only hotel bar, you had to tolerate the loud, endless noise that passed for music.

Apart from the above, our room was shabby, dated, the sink was cracked and, despite the signage indicating no smoking allowed, the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke - extremely unpleasant.

Enjoyed our stay here and the pool area was a bonus

We wanted parking and to get this with our camper we knew would mean being outside Seville so this hotel was perfect just a few train stops away from city centre The hotel has a lovely pool oasis and the Asian restaurant food is lovely

Not worth the money!!!

Nothing! The only good thing was the location which was 15/20 minutes from Sevilla. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there EVER!

No room service. Uncomfortable bed. Old decor. Bathroom was old. Hard/old towels. Paint coming off the wall. Overpriced restaurant “Mare Asian Food” Rude customer service.

Hotel swimming pool not included

The asian restaurant is really good with excellent wine choice

The beautiful swimming pool that is announced as part of the hotel, is in fact not part of the hotel! Its only free from 11 - 14 hr in the morning (when the water is too cold anyway). In the afternoon it is paying (15€ pp!) and minors are not allowed. We had to escalate to the hotel management to get in without paying but my friends son could not get in. Moreover personal of the hotel is not well informed about this and gives contradictory information.
