Estaba todo muy limpio … la casa muy bonita
No tenía calefacción y en la parte de abajo hacía frío. Tenía bomba de calor

very convenient apartment with all the needed facilities and more. great view. Espot is a sweet village. the apartment is within a walking distance from the taxis to natural reserve.
the apartment has many stairs. probably does not fit families with very young children.

Stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. The town was extremely and surprisingly quiet. Most restaurants were closed. Luckily, we planned to eat in all the time. The setting is quite beautiful and a lovely place to go for a stroll. There are many trails just outside the town. They are not cleared of snow, so bring appropriate footwear if coming in the winter. The ski center is are 2km outside of town, up a hill.
There are lots of places to park around the house but bear in mind that the streets are the extremely narrow, hilly and winding streets of a medieval village center, especially if there’s snow or ice.
The lodging was very clean on arrival. Abundant firewood is supplied and the fireplace works well. Very limited amounts of household cleaning products are there (like toilet paper and wash up soap). But mostly, you should plan on bringing your own. No food or condiments of any kind are supplied.
The footprint of the house is quite small resulting in a layout that is a bit quirky with lots of stairs. The lowest floor (below grade) has the pool table which is not full size, worn out and arguably worth the €0,50 (need exact coin) per game; not as much for the cost, but the hassle. The lower level also has a large main bathroom with shower as well as a laundry corner. The next floor up has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The third level has the main living, dining and kitchen areas. The top level hosts the largest double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower ( the 2nd bathroom of the lodging) and boasts lovely exposed wood of the sloping roof ( watch your head if you’re tall!) Hence, the layout, especially the location of the bathrooms, is something to bear in mind depending on your needs and tastes.
The kitchen is large, modern and well equipped with basic cookware, dishes and glassware all relatively new. The living space is compact and has limited seating for a house that sleeps six comfortably.

Plenty of space, windows and balcony on the sunrise side, fairly equipped kitchen, fireplace in the dining-living room.
Perfect location if you want to ski in different resorts, such as Espot and Port d’Aine, and not only in Baqueira.
There were no basic staples available - like salt/pepper/oil, which is not too handy considering arrivals on the weekend when local grocery stores are closed.
We had to deal with unclogging the water pipe in one of the bathrooms right upon arrival - something we would expect to be checked/done during the cleaning after the previous guests.

The staff was very professional. They fixed a few issues we had very quick and easy. The whole property is refurbished to a high standard. Bosch kitchen appliances, smart shower in one bathroom, fireplace works great. Comfortable beds.
The pick up and drop off of the keys is out of the way.

We planned our stay at Espot, as a great starting point for hiking in rhe national park. We were looking for a house, as it is much better when traveling with a family. When looking in the pictures of the place and the scoring it seemed like a great place, however when we got there - it was much better!!!
Our great vacation started with Ruth, the owner. We were supposed to meet at 1100PM. We got some delays on our arrivel. Ruth was waiting for us till 0300AM, and even gave us some food.
We found the house and it were shocked - the place is amazing. The bedrooms are large, kitchen is fully equipped, large living room, games and even an indoor speaker.
If you plan a visit in Espot - this is the place for you!
