We had a lovely stay and had great fun. It is a great place for a big group as the accommodation is
Nice home from home. Lovely family kitchen. Owner/host was friendly and accommodating.
There did not appear to be enough thought about fire safety. We were a mixed party of adults and children. No fire alarms in evidence. No fire exits shown. One stair case would have been dangerous to use in the event of fire. I did not see a for extinguisher or fire blanket in the kitchen. Only one key was provided although there were three doors to the outside. The One key fitted all three doors, however one of the doors was situated in a down stairs bedroom that we needed to use as a bedroom which meant we had to lock that door so that the rest of the party could exit the property by another door. This was really not safe. We had a local fire officer staying and he was unhappy with the provision of fire safety.
