Ubicación, limpieza y la chica de recepción muy maja
La habitación un poco pequeña para cuatro adultos, pero como solo íbamos a dormir era suficiente

Location was perfect

Brilliant location and stunning view.
Bit tired in places. Plug hole in shower could do with covering. Would be great to have a spare pillow.

The air conditioner in one bedroom was broken, they provided a fan day 2 but because of extreme heat it was not quite enough to making sleep easy

The building is so nice! and the location is good, walking distance to Termini Station. Room with high ceiling and good curtains is a big plus. We were there for new year and had no problem at all with street noise, very quiet corner. We slept very fine there. Staff was very flexible with our arrival time and we could keep our luggage there even if we were too early for the room.
The room was not too spacious for 4 , basically a room for 2 with 2 extra beds and there was no extra spaces to spend the time, no seats, no sofas. The place was clean but in not top condition, plenty of scratches and patches on the walls and piled up humidity in the shower room. Shower room was rather cold. There seems to lack some ventilation, the only thing being an AC unit by the beds. The lights were not good, too bright and too low, not comfortable. The first day there was no coffee capsules. the room has a fridge that is very very small so we had troubles to fit in there any fresh food. There is a bigger one in the hall were the coffee machines are but it is for common use.

9.0
The location and spaciousness of the apartment.
The shower head in the main bathroom needs to be replaced.

Great position as near to the termini.
Toilet seat was broken. There was damp round the window frames. WiFi was terrible.
8.0
Location was great, close to good restaurants and
to the terminal; the room was very comfortable and
the check in easy.
The AC was not working very well; this was a bad
point considering how hot Rome is in summer.

Very good location, perfect base for exploring the city as it is only a short walk to Roma termini. Very secure building, great water pressure in the shower and it was handy having the hairdryer too
There were no issues with the room, some of the other guests were a bit noisy but I’m a light sleeper.
The only negative thing I would say is not to do with the hotel itself but the area in which it is located.
The main road to the hotel had a lot of rubbish and broken bottles which made the area look run down.
It was a bit daunting walking back at night time as there were homeless people lying on the street, I was travelling with my young son and I did feel a bit uneasy.

Great location, it is very close to the train station and other important monuments.
Lift is quite old and small
8.0
Room and cleanliness. Got room service every day. It is a quiet large room with a moderate view from the window. The location was excellent and all necessary shops, transports, and attractions were nearby.
The lift was scary and old from the stone age I guess. No reception service other than 9-17. No breakfast included. Difficult to find the hotel entrance and open the door first time with a digital link. If you are not tech-friendly and don't have a smartphone you will face considerable difficulties entering the first time.

The view were stunning. Staff extremely helpful. and room was always brilliantly cleaned.
The Lift was rather small as we were travelling with a pram. Was abit of a struggle getting in but definitely manageable.
Wouldnt say it was a problem!

Super friendly staff, very helpful and open. Lovely view from the window, coffee and tea refilled every day, also daily cleaning. Nice big bathroom. Coffee maker and kettle were a big plus as well. Also, I'd say it's quite well sound-prooffed, because it was very calm and I'm sensitive to stuff like loud chatter in the next room, etc. The location in general (near Termini station) may not be the prettiest but this building is nice and close to the metro. No problem walking to things like Trevi fountain, Spanish steps or the Panteon from there. Overall would definitely recommend staying there! :)

It was perhaps a bit expensive for a standard-size room with no balcony and the bathroom could use a bit of attention to detail (the clothesline is tangled and broken and there's water damage to a board next to the sink) - but overall the room was beautiful, the view was stunning (we had the room overlooking the Chiostro di Michelangelo), the staff were helpful and the location was excellent. The empty minibar fridge could be used to store cold drinks, which was a nice touch. There's a café right across the street and a lovely restaurant ten feet down on the same street.

Room was tidy. Good location for train station
Acess to the property and General location. 10min walk from all attractions, not bad walk although at night it felt a little unsafe.
