Posizione eccellenza. Lo staff cordiale e super disponibile. Per i bambini è perfetto.

A very beautiful place! everything is clean, tidy, the staff with a smile helps you solve all the questions. For families with small children, it is ideal, because the silence regime is observed. The beach is great. Each room has its own two sunbeds and umbrellas, which is convenient.
The only thing that was inconvenient was that 80% of the staff didn’t speak English. If you come from another country and don’t understand Italian, then there will be little difficulty in understanding.

Cottage was lovely, spacious, well equipped, clean and contemporary. Beach access brilliant. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Staff all very friendly.
We didn’t know we had to pre book the international breakfast and despite arriving before the end of service to lots of empty tables we were refused. Beach attendant insisted we use the specific umbrellas designated to our cottage despite the beach being 90% available. Not a big deal but would have been easier for us to just be left where we were

our sons love to play football. why close the field at 20.00?

I liked the arrangement and the easy and safe access to the beach via the private tunnel
There why they call “the hour of silence” which is actually 2h between 1:30pm and 3:30pm where almost every service stops and no one can go in and out of the structure or have a swim in the pool and it extremely annoying per people who have no kids or have kids that do not sleep in the afternoon, but most importantly you can’t stop people’s cars from going in and out by locking the main boom gate, because in any case the noises they produce won’t wake up anyone - you can kindly ask not to make loud noises but you should let them go in and out freely.
That was really disappointing as it was extreme for most of the guests we spoke with.

Nice location. Good facilities. Friendly staff.
Very good breakfast and good food in the restaurant, but the choice is somewhat limited.
There are different kind of bungalows, with the restaurant/shop/bar located centrally on the property.
There are grown up trees everywhere, having a pleasant shadow during the day.
I guess due to Covid-19 rules, everything has to be booked in advance: swimming pool entry, lunch, dinner. If you haven't made a reservation a day before, you won't get a seat that day. This even applies for takeouts from the restaurant. This is probably not a rule, but it was my experience.

All the services offered by the village (sun umbrella, sun beds, swimming pool, food service, mini market, etc...) and the friendliness and availability of the staff (they gave us a bigger parking spot for the car, twice, because of the car's size)
Probably we didn't realize the size of the bungalow from the pictures, it was smaller than expected

I loved the park
the beach
the staff
the bar
the quiet
-the swimming pool too cold
-the room (bungalow for three people) is very small
-people don’t respect the quiet hours in the early afternoon
-you could put some park games for children in the park
-the bed in the bungalow was uncomfortable, old mattress

Friendly staff, specially Aldi and the guy at the cafe.

The direct passage to the beach is excellent, and the option to have take away lunches and dinners (possibly more than usual given the current sanitary restrictions) was very appreciated. We had a bungalow not in the main road, which gave us a bit more privacy. Nice single-day excursions opportunities (Loreto, Osimo, the Conero Park).
The nearest town, Marcelli, being at ~20 minutes walk (with no shadow) means that there's little incentive in exploring the close neighborhood, unless you take your car. To be noted that the beach is not sandy and the sea gets deep quickly (of course not the fault of the property!)

I liked the beach and the fact that was very closed to the accommodation and safe for children.
The restaurant of the place was god and the service excellent.
Nothing. I spend a lovely week with my family.

Good food in the beach restaurant. Quiet in the morning (but this is rather the respectful neighbors).
Very small bungalow, called “new”, but everything except shower was old. Horrible noisy bed. No first aid kit in the camping village. Had impression that the place is focus only on local people. No directions to the bungalows (easy to get lost in the beginning), too crowded (bungalows much too close to each other). Staff doesn’t inform about everything on arrival, even though they speak English. Guard (in the night the reception is closed) is not trained in case of emergency (to inform visitors about closest pharmacy, hospital or doctor). We were in high season, but still, the price is much too high for such place. 50EUR difference per night on economy (no bedsheets or towels provided) compare to “new” bungalow is just ridiculous.
