Very good

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful (even helped us to top up our phone). Wi-Fi is very fast. Location is hard to beat - room is literally 50 steps from the beach where you have a lot of restaurant options. Also just a 5 min walk from the Main Street. Food itself in Magic World is very good and the sunset from the balcony is spectacular.

The non-AC room is very hot during the day, to the extend that you can’t really be in the room during the day. Appreciate that Palolem is very hot in summer but for the price you pay, the lack of AC is tough. Also another small thing but most cottages technically don’t have a sea view but it’s only a few steps down to the beach so really not a big deal. Bathroom is basic.

Superb

If you want a luxurious room, you won't get it but you will get much more: a stunning view, great stuff willing to help, excellent location at the beach, free deck chairs and parasol, great food with a view at the beach, perfectly safe place. If I ever get back to Palolem, I would definitively stay at Magic world.

Disappointing

Location was very good like most accommodations in Palolem. Staff was very friendly. Non AC Cottages are value for money.

For cottage no 3 i.e., Sea View AC Cottage ... Linen were bad. Shower was not functioning and bathroom maintenance was very bad.

Best place to stay if you are beach frenzy.👍💯

The things it shown on website, it was exactly like that. My family had a great time here as beach was upfront and food was good. Staff was very helpful and responsive in every manner. They tried to arrange everything for us at hotel itself.

Breakfast was in the package, but only for 2members of 3 in family, this I did not understand.

The hospitality of staff & special thanks to Mr.Javed who has taken care of us. He is a very good & gentle. Our one night stay was cool, awesome. It was safe. We would love to visit again

overall stay waas great.

this is my fifth visit to this place i was aware of the place the food and the ambience before hand.. That made me more comfortable to choose this place. Food is excellent here.. room comfort value for money and rightly situated on the beach

there is nothing much u dont like when u know the place.. yes the room i had booked was non AC and it waas too waarm .. i dont know even when i had booked AC room facing the beach still i ended up staying in a NON AC room... that waas the only discomfort.

Awesome place

I like the concept of beach resort and that it's right on the beach. The food is amazing and service is very good. The staff is very nice and dynamic and that's the real spirit of this place. Rafiq and his entire team is very hospitable and welcoming. They made our stay truly amazing.

Size of the room should be slightly bigger because 3 people find it a difficult to sleep.

Waste of Money with disgraced facilities.

1. Location is good and easily reachable. 2. Food was good. 3. Outside on the beach seating arrangement was good during the day time and pleasant during night.

1. Room size, facility and bathroom was literally annoying. 2. No dustbin in bathroom. 3. No bucket in bathroom. 4. Shower was pathetic which was replaced after complaint. 5. Literally the entire housed cabin was shaking while walking on the floor.

Very good

The property and it's location is excellent. They serve great food and drinks. These guys always serve with a smile on their face so that was great plus. I specially wanted to name Rafiq (owner of the property) he is a must to meet man, a fantastic person to talk with. A true gentleman is the least I can say. Other than that Adil and swaroop were the best folks in the team. Thank you Magic World for helping me make memories with you.

Staff of Magic world were really helpful and also the food is exceptional. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes were good.
