Definitely Good value for money, centrally located near dago area, big room
It looks like the bathroom wall is not cleaned, and the sofa looks dirty. It would have been really nice if the property is well kept

Clean bedsheet, constant hot water. Nice little restaurant on level 1 and good buffet breakfast. There was a 25% discount promotion for hotel guest applied at the restaurant during our stay.
The room is old and dampened. Only 1 small window so the air circulation is not really good. The shower knob fell off but still usable.
The location is in Dago area, a hill that takes around 20mins by car to get to Bandung center (Braga street and such). So be mindful of the surrounding areas.

location is strategic , breakfast also good but not much variances, the staffs are friendly, nice welcoming drinks and food( kuetiaw).
AC where I stay was leak, water drops into the floor and made a little flood. the room not really soundproof, can hear people talking in the near room and vehicles sound from outside

the location was great, the staff, regardless they look out-staffed, they manage to stay friendly and helpful even though we complained about the cleanliness and the lack of maintenance of the rooms or the building.
The Hotel looks like it's almost going bankrupt, it looks like an abandoned building, it wasn't looking as pretty as it used too.
The room smelled and felt very humid due to the lack of sunlight and airing.
The sofa has dirt and stains, the bedsheets has stains, we asked why, but the staff said it's just old sheets (I mean if it's old and has lots of stains, they need to replace them).
The curtains has black or water stains allover it, bathroom has moulds on some of the corners, it's not deeply cleaned. We suggest the management of the hotel to take this seriously, since it's a very strategic area, people would love to stay there but the condition of the hotel and the rooms are just unacceptable.

Location, in the middle of Dago but yet so many access to everywhere you want to go. Breakfast was OK.. we love the eggstation. Thank God we left before the crazy madness Bandung traffic for the long weekend.
For that price, they could've gives the standard 4 pillows per bed, 2 for 1 person. They limit the pillow request. AC was noisy, but fell asleep fast.

location….size…..design….staffs
Barely 6 years old and it looks like 10 years old already on its furnishings as well as cleanliness.

The room was wide and clean.
There're lot's of Javanese philosophical quotes in their wall that reminds me to be a better person.
The breakfast menu was far from my expectation.
It's a kinda over-priced compared to what they could give to the customers.

The pillows of Namin Hotel are not a proper product for an hotel.
WI-Fi connection is really bad and slow.
