Great family holiday villa, in a great location.

We really enjoyed the pool, which has an amazing view down to Barcelona and the coast. The pool area gets the sun all day until around 6/7pm when the sun sets behind the house. The whole accommodation is really high quality, with no expense spared on the furnishing. It is high a hill (so a car is essential) and feels really secluded - even with big glass windows in every room. There are plenty of kitchen items, pans, cutlery, glasses, and utensils. This is something that isn't always provided in other villas. It had a nice BBQ area around the side of the house, away from the pool. There is a garden you can explore down the hill with mature trees and bushes. The main A-2 road is at the bottom of the hill and goes up to Montserrat and down to Barcelona and the coast. There are a couple of medium sized local supermarkets in Palleja, with a larger Carrefour about 25 minutes away in Martorell. I am sure there are others we didn't find. There is a train station in Palleja that we used to travel into central Barcelona. It has 4 trains an hour (running every 10/20 minutes) and we were able to park for free on the street around the station. We got a T-Familiar ticket that allowed 4 of us to travel in to central Barcelona and back for €10. Daniel and his team were very flexible about our arrival and departure time and he kept checking in during our stay to ensure everything was okay.

Supurb accommodation situated with fantastic views across Barcelona and surrounding countryside. We had a wonderful stay

The location was just fabulous with picture card views.

No issues for us. Suited us very well with our teenage daughter but maybe extra care needed for a family with very young children - around stairs and pool.

Stunning Villa - try it, you'll love it!

What a stunning home away from home. Daniel's house had everything we could want during our holiday. The view is incredible and the pool is fabulous - it's a salt water pool so no horrible chlorine and it wasn't salty at all.. There are 4 sun loungers, a great kitchen & lounge area, and the bedrooms suited us perfectly. One possible addition would be outside umbrellas for the hot afternoons. We enjoyed the Mercadona supermarket in Palleja, and regularly got the R4 train from Molins de Rei into Barcelona - if you book parking through the Saba app at their underground garage, its only around €6 per day. If you purchase a 10 trip travel card, each trip only costs €1.20 and that's accepted on the trains, the metro and buses. You definitely need a car to stay here, and there is an electric gate and garage for safe parking. It gave us a very comfortable base for exploring Barcelona, but the kids loved the villa and pool so much, we spent lots of our time there. Lilian was very helpful, and although she doesn't speak English, she's excellent using the Google translate app and helped us with several questions. Thank you Daniel, we hope to return soon.

It was an awesome expierence! We defintely can recommend this house. Daniel is a very kind person he is responding very fast, the view from the house is amazing, you can see Barcelona and the privacy is top! You have as well a garage to park your car safe.

Great villa, nice quiet area, helpful and attentive owner.

This was a great modern and well appointed villa with a stunning view. The owner, Daniel, was more than helpful and let us check in earlier than advertised, was very attentive and provided helpful information regarding getting into Barcelona and where we could find an excellent vegan restaurant when there. The pool was excellent as it was not chlorinated but maintained with more natural salt. We hadn't used this type of pool before and had our reservations but can confirm that it is nothing like the levels in the sea and would now prefer this type going forward. Overall we had a great time here and would recommend the property wholeheartedly.

Nothing really, we didn't have a kettle to start with but that was sorted out by the owner who provided a new one within a couple of days.
