Small and clean has most things you require for a holiday base, would have liked a safe in the property, in a nice quiet area close to most of amenities.

Very good experience, villa is as described in a quiet area but within walking distance of Old Town. Lovely pool, easy to get into house instructions are clear. Then the property manager Louise was very helpful and informative. She spotted a small issue with one of the parasols and silently returned when we were out with a replacement. Would highly recommend the stay, beside an owner occupied villa who was very kind, loaned us some Lilos and introduced himself to us and said he was just there if we needed anything. Felt like a home from home. Would highly recommend this place.

This is the perfect property for any group or family,well eqipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay..It is in a quiet residential area, perfect for relaxing, yet near enough to walk downhill into Puerto del Carmen(although recommend €5 taxi back - uphill). With a car it is central to the major road routes to get anywhere on the island easily This is the second time we have stayed here and we hopefully look forward to staying here again in the future.

The property is lovely and the amenities are good. The pool is a nice size, but the sides of the pool do angle in so the pool is slightly smaller than when you first look at it. The property could do with some updating and in the main bathroom it could do with a shower curtain to stop the water from going all over the bathroom. Overall a lovely villa and within walking distance to local amenities.

I definitely recommend!!!! Lovely villa, beautiful location but you will probably need a car, or enjoy 30min walks to the best beach. The en-suite lock itself ( abit random) but they were there in minutes to fix for us. Lovely people looking after the villa and we were able to gain access as soon as we arrived 12:30ish! Lovely to find a a couple of beers , water, wine, milk & juice in the fridge As well as some dishwasher tablets & cleaning cloth & sponge. We felt very welcome & at home immediately. Also good WIFi so the kids were happy. Kitchen was spotless, I normally wash everything before I use anything but there was no need. Beds were soft clean & comfortable. New furniture in the living room & tv would make this place perfect! However I understand it’s a rental and Im probably just being picky due to use having to stay in so much due to the dust storm dominating our holiday.

Although the fixtures and fittings were a little dated and tired everything was fully functional and pristinely clean. There is all you need at the property for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet with an easy walk to the Old Town and harbour and healthy walk or cheap taxi return. Communication with the owner and staff was good from start to finish.

Just a short note to say we had a lovely stay in at this villaLouise& Tony was very helpful and very friendly , and it was lovely to have a cot with a nice mattress as they don't normally come with any at all , We have stayed in Puerto del Carmel a lot and this villa will definitely be at the top of our list to stay again .5 star

The villa is in a beautiful location, away from the noise, hustle and bustle which is what we love. The pool and pool area is lovely and clean and the pool is warm a must for winter holidays. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms very comfortable. Not a bad word to say and yes I will book again.

Villa was very clean and spacious. Nice touch to find some milk, beers and wine in the fridge. Arrival process easy and were lucky enough to have access by 11am. Property manger really helpful. It’s a good walk down and back to the old town but good for walking off excess food and drink consumed! We loved the old town which has plenty of fabulous restaurants. Would definitely return. Thank you.

We have stayed in a few villas on Lanzarote over the years and, for us, this is probably the best. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and very well positioned in a quiet neighbourhood, Within walking distance to the centre of Puerto del Carmen or 5€ by taxi. A fabulous base for a fantastic holiday, we are booking again.

Really homely feel very comfortable, lots of hills to contend with to go to local shops and restaurants, clean and comfortable would recommend

Having been provided with location details (worth mentioning that the pre holiday communication with Sharon was both regular and helpful), the journey from the airport was a speedy 10 minutes and around 18 euros. Access to the property was as described and fortunately we were also able to get in before the official check in time. What a place! The look on my children's faces was a picture! Huge bedrooms for them and us, lovely spacious kitchen, utility area and lounge area but the crowning glory has to be the pool and patio area, providing so much room for us all to relax (for most of the holiday we couldn't see or hear each other there was so much space!) The property was spotless (and I have a cleanliness obsessed wife!) and we were able to start the holiday immediately. There are plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen and the all important dishwasher and washing machine proved invaluable. there is also an excellent Wi-Fi connection (a must for today's teenagers!) The pool, like the rest of the property, was well maintained and we had regular visits from Tony throughout our stay to ensure it was functioning and clean. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of del Carmen but if you're after peace and quiet (and I mean really quiet!) in a really nice area then I don't think you can beat it. We are regular visitors to Puerto del Carmen and have stayed in several other types of accommodation in several other areas and this was by far the best. A 30 minute stroll takes you to the heart of the strip and the harbour is around 10 minutes away. All in all we couldn't find one negative aspect of this property. A lot of effort has clearly gone in to ensuring those using it feel right at home from the minute they arrive. I would hesitate to recommend the property to others in case it is not available when we look to book our next trip to del Carmen! Thank you, Sharon and Dave, for the use of your beautiful home. We arrived early and the villa was ready to go, there were pool towels, a welcome pack and a thorough guide to all the local attractions and restaurants etc. Property was spotless, more than enough pans and crockery( we are a couple) for six people. Lots of homely touches that you dont find in the large company villas,Pool was always warm and cleaned twice in our stay, Tony and Louise (local reps) came to see we were happy with everything and were helpful with advice for shops and entertainment. The villa is in a quiet location on a hill near the Old Town. You can walk to the nearest shops and bars in under 10 minutes and its downhill all the way, a car is useful if you want to do a major shop, taxis are plentiful and cheap. Would definitely go back.

We booked the villa inially only for two of us then my daughter and my 8 month old grandson decided to join us. We had problems getting through the owner to ask for the high chair and the Cot. The payment is made directly to the owners, which concerned us when we couldn't get through. When we arrived there was strong damp and musty smell which cleared after a few days of by leaving the doors open. The dead plants gave the impression that this house has not been used for a while. We had power cut and burst pipe, although Louise, the local agent was easily contactable and problems were resolved. She and her husband Tony are very business like. I would not classify them as friendly. My husband closed the front door accidantly with key in the door and we could not get in. Louise explained that we had to pay for the additional cost. This was 156 euro and the invoice was made up by Louise's company and the lock was not even changed. Location is too from restaurants and shops and we end up getting a car for a duration of one week. It is easily walkable downhill but when going up hill with groceries is not so pleasant. The house has no heating, couple of electric heaters and was pretty uncomfortable in the evenings. The extra blankets in the cupboard were very unfresh and I ended up using the blankets from spare room. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of hot water. The house is not bad value for money although the direct view from the house is looking over other villas. Based on my experience I cannot recommend the house.

The description and photo's of the villa are very accurate and fully correct. Everything was well-functioning as it should. Property was very clean at arrival. Weekly cleaning during which bedsheets and towels were changed. Nicely situated area old harbour, hotel Flora. Excellent customer service as well as by owners Sharon and David (speedy answers on all questions before leaving) as by Louise (who helped us out with a problem within 15 minutes). Nice pool well maintained. Sunbeds fine. WiFi connection superb during our entire stay. Two improvement proposals : Would have appreciated some extra kitchenware. Number of West European TV channels very limited. I surely would recommended this property to my best friends. Price/quality more than fine (having stayed in more than 5 similar premises in Lanzarote over the previous years).

ArrivEd at villa settled in 10pm no power rang Louise explained our dilemma only to be told we will have to wait till morning to get it sorted.not a good start.Tony arrived next morning found problem and covered out side socket with tape.not a great fix with young inquisitive child.the pool it self needs a lot of attention small plastic cover on bottom of pool came away from Base to leave a rather large hole for your foot to get stuck in.took this to the attention of Tony which he said would fix but never did.some tiles cracked on pool also.shower in main bathroom was not fit for purpose so everyone had to use en suite shower which is not ideal.curtain pool loone in bedrooms.curtains on sliding doors do nor fit correctly.all in all a very tired villa which needs a lot of attention. We never had the pleasure of meeting Louise thought this was highly ignorant not to even introduce herself.we have rented villas in pdc for at least 10 years now and this is by far the worst we have ever stayed in.would not recommended this villa to anyone as there are far nicer on the island for less money.

Villa was lovely and clean a great size for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids. Louise arrived to check everything was okay and Tony popped in to check and clean the pool. Would definitely recommend this villa.

First impression on arrival was the villa was spotless and we'll equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was even a few essentials in the fridge which was great having arrived late. Louise and her team were so helpful and we're only a phone call away if needed. Would recommend this beautiful villa, hopefully we will be back to stay next year.
