Fantástico, para repetir

Ubicación perfecta y sin ruidos a persar de estar en el centro. El alojamiento es muy cómodo con todos los servicios. Paula de recepción es encantadora y nos facilitó tanto la entrada como la salida.

Una opción excelente

La ubicación es excelente, el precio estaba muy bien, llegamos 2 horas antes del check in y no dejaron acceder a la habitación, fueron muy amables y simpáticas, la habitación es MUY amplia, el baño es enorme y el agua con excelente presión y temperatura, un sitio muy recomendable

Magnificent place to stay!

First, we couldn't find the place. The signage was small. So we looked at the pictures online. Luckily we found wjat the outside of the building looked like. In the end, I like that most people don't know it is a place to stay. I feel it is safer that way. I loved that there were multiple dead bolts on the room door. I loved that there was an oven, dishes, microwave, clean shower and the windows that opened with the little seat to sit and look out the window. I loved that there were multiple TV stations to watch as well in English. Lol. Great location. Wish we would have found this at the beginning of our 17 day vacation.

Key drop off. We had to leave the room at 2:30am , so we weren't sure where to leave the room key.

Amazing apartment in the best location.

Really nice apartment next to Mercado de San Miguel.

The shower was broken and after we asked them to fix it, it wasn’t fixed. it didn’t really bother us so much though.

Disaster. Never again. Nothing writtten in booking com iş correct. No parking and the price is 50% higher. The room was small and smells toilet. Disgusting. I escape early in the morning. I hate Madrid because of this place. Only the position was nice every other thing deleted to think the position. Ever never again this place. I gave 1 star. Since 1 has a value , i did not want to give it but I had to. it is a big ZERO

perfect !

if you care about the personnel , you couldn’t be wrong coming here , this lady accepted to show us the room the night before and we put the luggage there to spend the night before us :) . She also waited closing and leaving the reception until we arrived from another nearby space with the luggage , totally recommend and we really enjoyed our stay !

Great room great location and great service

Friendly staff on arrival who spoke excellent English. The location was a short walk from San Miguel Market and perfect for tourists with no car and needing a very central location.

Overall, it was an excellent choice for what we wanted.

Location fabulous...so close to wonderful food market, restaurants, and the main tourist areas. Cannot fault the overall location. Despite all this, it was very quiet, which was one or our main wishes.staff at front reception were very helpful

Small observation, but pillows weren't great. Air con and heating was complicated but we got this sorted.

This was a gem at the end of our 3 week trip traveling around Spain. San Miguel Market and plaza Mayor at your footsteps. Wonderful spacious apartment in a beautiful old century building (the front door was impressive). Front desk girls went out of their way to help us with getting our COVID tests. Top Notch. Don’t hesitate book it!

We moved from 2 bedroom to 1 bedroom and suppose to get a refund of over 200 euros. The property replied that it will be reimbursed by Booking.com. its been over 3 weeks and still nothing received

Very clean rooms, perfect hosts, excellent location. With a parking garage. The same day Madrid rises restrictions on coronavirus. Hotel let us to exceed staying with no additional payment, and a garage was a compliment because of this tough situation. they simply made my staying in Madrid!

The apartments were very nice and I got lucky with my room as it was very spacious and right on the front. The best thin

The location was perfect as it was a stones throw away from the main square Plaza Major. So central to all of Madrids main attractions.

Few marks on the walls however not really a big issue.
