Schmutziges, viel zu kleines Appartment an der Hauptstraße⁸

-Rolläden am Fenster - Guter Parkplatz abgeschlossen im Innenhof -Keysystem mit Karte

-Laut, weil direkt an der Hauptstraße -Das Appartement ist ein Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten und separat.Bad -Alles dreckig, Spinnweben an der Decke, staubigen Boden -Der Rauhputz an der Wand voller Staub -Es lag noch Papier vom Vormieter rum -Lampe über dem Herd defekt -absolut keine Wiederholungsgefahr!!!!

Very good

The size of the room. The quietness of the house - our stay was in the holiday of the students.

In this hot summer we would have liked air conditioning. But we knew before that the room didn't have, so no complaints about that.

Good

Spacious, good basic facilities and we could walk to the town centre.

Slight drain type smell only in the hall of the apartment, not in the other rooms. Could have done with clearer instructions in English re finding and accessing the parking and which phone number to contact in the evening - we arrived tired and couldn't find them until the following morning.

Good choice if ok with student hall type of room

Self-contained studio in a student residence, quite cheap, emergency supermarket downstairs, parking, and easy access to Nancy's public transport.

Pictures shown on booking did not match (my) reality. Toilet and shower drain connected to a waste grinder (Sanibroyeur) which was extremely loud.

Very poor

The guest service was very poor. Conseige was closed even before 5:30pm when I arrived, even though I had informed them I was arriving around 6pm. Main Entrance door code was neither received by sms nor mail and the phone number provided wasn't answered. Was able to check in by the help of another occupant who granted me access into the building and opened the safe to give me my keys. Several messages sent on the booking.com platform was not responded to. Eventually met a rather unapologetic front desk personnel on the day I was checking out who tried to explain all my complains away. Would not used this place again and would not recommend it to anyone

Nice choice for business/study staying

The place is not far from the center of Nancy, staff is nice and respond fast for room damage. Wifi connection is in good quality and support fluent online meetings. Room face to an open space, very quiet.

Trash cans and kettles were not emptied. Annoying noise when sewers are being used. The room was kind of dark in the night.

Disappointing

The room is spacious and has a kitchenette. There is a supermarket right underneath the hotel. Parking is available at the hotel, they even give you a remote.

There is no 24h reception and the receptionist doesn't talk English. Check-in is a bit complicated and the entire process is a bit confusing. The main entrance has a code which is written on an envelope but if we wouldn't meet someone at the door, we wouldn't get it (I guess this is because we couldn't speak French nor they speak English). On our second day, we return to our room around 17:00 and they haven't started the room service yet. The shower has a very light curtain that flies and makes the entire shower experience a nightmare. There is no shelf to put stuff (soap & shampoo). It's 25min walk from the historical part of the town. The hotel doesn't have AC.

Exceptional

The room is spacious and the facilities include a kitchenette, microwave. It's convenient.

No one is on duty on the first floor on weekends, it will be inconvenient if there is a problem with check-in.

Pleasant

It's a good value for money. The bed and bathroom where clean. The hotel is located 17min away from train station. The kitchen was very useful.

There was a very load noise every time I open the water. The smell in the bathroom. No place to eat nearby, specially if you arriving in the evening hours.

Great value with big en-suite shower and small kitchen (kettle/hotplate/fridge/sink).

Secure parking. Large bed. This is a student residence but it was quiet. Don't expect a hotel but there's everything you need. 15m walk into Nancy centre. For breakfast, turn left outside and left at the next junction - halfway down on the right there's a super boulangerie called Cilla's. with good coffee/croissant/pain au raisin etc and great sandwiches when you leave for elsewhere.

For the price is was excellent value. Some reading lights would have been nice. It's tricky to park outside to pick up your key and fob for the car parking (on the right). On Google, the petrol station is no longer there.

Location not too far (15 min walk) from Place Stanislas. Kitchen facilities useful for chilling our French cheese we'd bought to take back to the UK the next day! Reasonable room rate, free and secure parking.

Very difficult to find as the apartment is not marked from outside. The website pictures of the exterior are out of date; there is no longer a petrol station underneath the building. We drove up and down the street a few times before searching for it on foot! Room smelled unpleasantly of cigarette smoke. No hairdryer, which might not matter to many guests but I found inconvenient.

Superb

The room was great, there is gated parking that belongs to several buildings. We came after working hours and it was no problem getting into the room. The bed was comfy. There is a gas station under the building.

The parking was absolutely safe. The room was quite nice. The bathroom was stunning and sparkling clean.

Would be nice if you add one more pan to fry or stir fry food. It was so little option to cook our food.
