Comfortable, modern apartment in a great location with helpful staff.

This was a modern, spacious, fully equipped apartment, that was in an excellent location near Lend Platz and within easy walking distance to the town center and restaurants. There was free parking on the premises. Staff were responsive and helpful. It was great having a washer and dryer available. Elevator access made it easy to transport luggage.

The bed was a little soft. It was very hot during our stay and we found that the AC did not reach the bedroom, however, the staff were quick to provide a fan and this made a big difference.

Treat yourself to this stunning apartment in the perfect location

Hosts were fabulous, great communications and met us at the door to show us the apartment. The apartment itself was fabulous and easily one of the best we have ever stayed at. All facilities were available and comprised high quality materials and white goods- I cannot fault this apartment, it was a beautiful architecturally designed apartment in a great location

A good choice for Graz.

Good location, quiet, parking is available, apartment is nice and well appointed. Well equipped also.

Comfortable, modern apartment with a pretty park view, good transport links and location.

The property is an easy 10 minute walk from the Central Station, or 2 stops on a number 1, 4, 6 or 7 tram and 5 minute walk. It is on the edge of the old town and within walking distance of everything except the Eggenburg Palace. The number 1 tram will get you there. The host provided contact details to coordinate arrival time and was there to meet us . He explained all the features and payment was there by EFTPOS. We stayed on the first floor. It is a modern apartment complex with about 5 units all with a glass wall overlooking a pretty park, with a quiet street in front. If the weather is nice it also has a balcony overlooking the park. All the facilities are modern and the kitchen is well equipped with added touches like salt, pepper, tea coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing detergent. There is even a lift. This was a very pleasant apartment.

Docked a point for no toaster or microwave, but I would happily stay there again.

We liked everything. It was opposite of a beautiful park where our dog enjoyed walking. The apartment is spacious and well equiped. We loved the big window and the floor heating.

A perfect stay in a spacious new apartment

Very friendly host. Met us on the spot and explained the facilities in detail. Everything is brand new. Very good TV channels. Location easy to find and near city centre. Reasonable price. Free parking

Best apartment ever, felt totally at home

No place is perfect but the Park Suites deserve a full 10. Without doubt the best quality apartment we have ever stayed in. We found it exactly as in the photographs. Loved the direct elevator access into the apartment. The Penthouse is massive, modern and immaculate; a huge bathroom (and bath!), plus a guest bathroom; very well fitted out and equipped, on a quiet side street facing a lovely park. Easy park right out front, easy arrival and check in. Enjoyed the local welcome wine in the fridge. Disappointment is not possible! We felt totally at home. Was a terrific calm oasis as a base to explore Graz. A few steps from the Lend Platz markets, where we enjoyed the various little outdoor bars in the evening.

City break in Graz!

Since it was the second stay within a year there were no surprises. Convenient location with a good selection of bars, restaurants, super markets, etc. close bye. About a 10-15 minutes walk from the center of the town and all the major attractions. One bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen. First floor (lift available) apartment with a balcony facing the park area across a minor neighborhood street. Small apartment building with 5 units and private parking on premises. Good choice for both shorter- and longer-term stays.

Fantastic city stay in a modern and comfortable apartment.

Fantastic small modern apartment. Met by the friendly host who gave us the keys and a guide of the apartment. Greeted with a gift basket of chocolate, apples, coffee and mineral water. Location is great, 3 minute walk to square with market and shops, 10 min walk to city centre. Flat is opposite a park with play area. Perfect for a short stay with a family, or longer stay for couple/single. Easy parking right outside.

Our flat was on the ground floor, we felt secure but passers by can see in. We were out most of the day and simply kept the blinds tilted when in so it didn´t bother us.

Short-Term Stay in Graz

A perfect solution for people that appreciate being a bit more independent and like to have extra space on a holiday. The apartment is located next to a park and only a short walk from the city center. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. The property provides private parking. Also, there is a local farmers market close by. The apartment is comfortable, has a fully equipped kitchen and is well maintained. The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple.

Nothing, except a minor issue worth mentioning is that there is no soap dispenser in the shower and in the toilet.

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment, excellent location near the city centre with private parking. Big leaving area with big windows towards the quiet park. The kitchen was very well equipped. I highly recommend the apartment whether you are travelling with kids or not.

An oasis in stressful time

Modern, clean, cosy and close to Lendplatz and city centre. Pet friendly. We were leaving Austria for a new job overseas and the apartment for perfect for our short stay in betweeen homes.

Warm and nice weekend before the lockdown

All was clean and in order, as promised, amazing Penthouse with nice terrace and what's important - quiet! well detailed interior, etc. so highly recommended !

no washing machine but we didn't needed it, also no shower gel but its also not a big deal - easy to buy around. (may be its because of covid limitations). otherwise no complaints

Everything perfect

Clean and comfortable apartment, kind owners, perfect location, private parking space. Nothing was missing. Particularly nice detail personalized welcome card :-) Full recommendation for travellers to Graz, whether they are with kids or alone.

Everything was great, nothing bad to say.
