Excellent stay in Canillo

Excellent location and very well equipped and spacious apartment. We would definitely repeat.

Bed mattress could have been more comfortable, but it was okay for a couple of nights.

Passable

The location was perfect. Right next to the ski lift. Near good restaurants. The facilities were complete. And the value for money was amazing. And the hosts were flexible enough to let us check in earlier than normal.

The beds were so old, the springs were pretty much coming up from the bed and you can feel it on your back. It made sleeping very uncomfortable. The heating was also hard to figure out. It was automated, I think. But it made for some really cold mornings when were in the apartment and we couldn't turn up the heat.

I really don't recommend this apartment if u are looking for a place to rest

location is good, near Canillo grandvalira

we had a really bad experience with this apartment. It started in the first day when we found out that the bathtub was clogged and water was not running down. As soon as you open water faucet, the bathtub begins to fill immediately and it keeps on going. We were a group of friends, so after one showers, another one needs to wait several minutes in order to shower. They said they would call to offer a solution but they didn’t. Later on we called because not only we were having that problem but also we did not have heating nor hot water. We came to Andorra to ski, so temperature is pretty low, therefore we were really cold and we couldn't shower. When we called the apartment they were already aware of the problem but they did not even bother in letting the tenants know in advance, so not appreciated. It is within they obligations to report any problem and in the end they asked me to go and check with the technicians, so in the second day we were able to take a shower 10:30pm. in the third day we had another problem and even if I was calling since 8:50am in the supposed 24h WhatsApp, they answered me after 3pm.

Perfect

The lock key allows a free hour arrive. Clear instructions of the lock key on Andorra La Vella and to the apartment as well. Good Wi-Fi. In front of Canillo chair lift. Good apartment.

Don’t have balcony. Medium comfort mattress. The entrance of the garage is difficult for long cars and on way out the tires skid a little.

I would stay here again.

We were at the Palau de Gel for a Figure Skating Competition - so the proximity to the rink was fabulous. The property was warm, clean and homely and had all the basic amenities for ones needs.

we were two adults and one child. I would say that the property is better suited to two people as the sleeper couch was in the middle of the lounge/kitchen/dining area.
