Schönes Haus in prima Lage

Wunderbare Aussicht, schönes komfortables und grosses Häuschen, sehr vielseitig ausgestattet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die Halbinsel Snaefellsness.

Great cottages at active horse farm.

Very quiet location with beautiful views. It’s a very comfortable cottage which easily fits 4 adults. We had everything we needed. If you like Icelandic horses, this is a great place to go. We did a private ride around the farm, with lots of river-crossings: a great experience!

Simply perfect. Beautiful and very quiet location, many horses, which the family loved. Cottage was very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful unit, lovely hosts and great base for exploring the area!

The whole unit and all the appliances looked brand new. it was very clean, had full kitchen with all the necessities. Lots of space, good temperature control, nice outdoor area.

Good base for a few days

Nice, spacious, private, cottages with good furnishings and washing facilities in nearby building. Well located as a base for various day trips on the peninsula.

We couldnt get the TV to work (on a rainy day), but that may have been our own fault

We loved this little cottage. It was so nice to have a kitchen to use! We even cooked a meal.

Great location, the cottage was a great size for a family and well organised with kids room upstairs. large lounge with wide views, great to observe the northern lights

Great quiet location

The cottages have a great view. They are new and well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed, though the knives are very dull. There are two refrigerators which was nice. The downstairs bedroom is nice with a large wardrobe.

The only negative was that the heat and hot water went out the first night and didn’t get fixed until late the next day. It was cold in the cottage and we couldn’t take showers. Apparently a pump went out. Fortunately we spent most of the next day exploring the peninsula. once the heat returned it was great!

Wonderful Location

Location great, perfect for a full days sightseeing on the peninsula.

Not a big issue, but would have liked if there was more information available before arrival on the horse riding available (eg. Cost, duration, times available etc)

Exceptional

The location is fantastic, just in the middle of the Icelandic countryside. We loved the riding and the cottage was perfectly equipped, very clean, warm and cozy. I highly recommend it as a base to visit the wonderful peninsula. Perfect for a family, my kids loved it.

we were very satisfied with the apartment. The complex was extremely well-kept, the house was very, well equipped, clean and the location was super great - recommendation!
