Staff customer service was exceptional especially the front desk crew. Enjoyed breakfast, close to the local beach and day trips.
The massage spa service my wife and I experience was not good. Needs improvement, I'm not sure if one of the workers was in training or just a long day.

Staff went above and beyond for our comfort and provided the best service we ever received.
Breakfast was delicious with many options available.
The Property was clean and is very close to Geger beach which is perfect for Families with children.
The beds were very comfortable and our villa had everything we needed.
Nothing that I can think of.

Good space, staff were 10/10, delicious breaksfast!
Reception and wifi were quite bad, location was quite secluded and quite a distance from the shops. My main issue was the musty smell that came from the bedroom - I'm pretty sure this was due to the mouldy sheer curtains. These need to be changed ASAP as they aren't only a health hazard but the smell permeates the entire room.

This place has a great swimming pool, and the on-site restaurant has delicious food. We ate there multiple times as we were staying in Nusa Dua over Nyepi where almost everything else was closed. The hotel kept the restaurant and spa open for Nyepi and we had a great experience at both (the massages are also very good). The room itself is very spacious and our bathroom had a fantastic roll-top bath! The accommodation is also close to the beach. The staff here are very friendly and it does feel like a genuine 5 star service

The bathroom is big.
The light of the room is very dim, not good for girls. Suggest to put white lights on the mirror. The mirror height is also not suitable, can't see the face when sit down, need to stand up when make up, and once again can't see the face clearly.
Some areas are stained. I usually believe the cleaning staff can't clean the room properly as they can't see clearly with dim light too.
The whole resort is old in design and the almost all the wooden furnitures are not using good quality woods. Not worth in this room price for this quality of wooden furnitures.
The air con has problem too, can't swing.
The wooden shelter cover between the room door and outside is leaking when raining, making it not a cover and wet the shoes.
No bathrobe available. Slippers also need to ask. And it is the worst slipper I have even seen. It is a flip flop and not easy to put on. No girls size so it is too big for me.
The staffs are not initiative enough to help. One heavy raining night, when we back to resort with grab car. Two male staff not bringing umbrella to us, just standing. Only the grab driver ran under the rain to the reception and took the umbrella from the staff hand so we don't need to get wet.

The resort has a beautiful garden and birds chirping in the morning is so beautiful.
Staffs are awesome!!!
Super friendly, very helpful from the minutes we arrived.
Special mention to one Bapak that helped us to purchase 3 litre petrol by motor bike. He went above and beyond to help us , thank you !!!
The hotel is very peaceful.
The resort is too far from the centre.
The free shuttle bus started at 11 am.
I wish two morning drop for 10 am and 11 am.
The dam smells from my room is little strong especially when you turn off the AC.

We stayed in a two-bedroom pool villa, it was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool was perfect to cool off, the beds were big and comfy. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed the different options available. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive, very helpful and welcoming!
The location is good but it is a long hot walk to everything. Luckily the resort provides a free shuttle to the beaches and shops, and a taxi costs about AUD$3 to go into town.

The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Our stay was pleasant because of them. The garden was very lovely.
In the pictures and based on reviews we hoped for a lovely stay, but upon arrival it was very disappointing when we entered the room. The hotel needs a renovation, the bathroom and bedroom was stinky. Even if the room was clean you could tell it is not fresh clean. The towels looked used, in the bathroom the air was difficult to stand. The comfort of the bed was good however the pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The location it is far away from everything. The pool is smaller than in the pictures.

I loved very much how the management got ready after pandemic as most of Bali look like abandoned and they came to business less than a month.
so, things were well landscaped and facility was super clean.
it was perfect resort as nothing imperfect there.
