Nice doble bed room
Toilet too small and no hot water. Guests from other room were too loud
2.5 / 5.0
The room was spacious with a balcony
It was pretty dirty, we took our shoes off and our feet were black from walking around the room. Nice to have a balcony but it’s on a busy road and lots of petrol fumes nearby. It was also very noisy at night from the neighbours dog and busy road (although might be the same everywhere!). Bed wasn’t great and the shower had a weird hot water timer on it which means you get a few minutes of nice warm water and then freezing. Our toilet also stopped working for sometime while we were there.

Nice big room, with great hospitality and nice owners. Very helpful!
Beds were good, bathroom was ok. The sounds from the road were inside the room, we slept badly.

the room was huge, there was hot water and it was very clean.
the front desk lady was very nice and attentive.
the room was full of windows with thin blinds so it was very bright early in the morning.
we had to go ask for towels.
the location is far from the main street with restaurants and bars.

The room was huge with windows on three sides. Quiet location.
A bit outside the main tourist area, takes about 10 to 15 minutes walk.

room was very large
we booked a room with balcony and lake view and we’re given a different room in the back of the hotel with no balcony or view— obviously a private balcony with a beautiful lake view was the selling point of the room.. the staff was uncooperative and would not discount or shorten or reservation so I had to deal with customer service on booking.com and we went out to find another room. The shower was also barely functional (head was fully clogged), but I didn’t have time to address this as we were now only staying for the night.

great locating aside from it being too far from the dock
no soap

staff was extremely nice and comprehensive
There was a huge spider in the room when we arrived..
there are no curtains so you wake up with the sun at 6am. The windows are on the street so it’s extremely noisy.

The great things about the hotel were the wonderful view from our balcony and the proprietors were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was also very clean and spacious. WiFi coverage was good.
The shower was terrible! The little water that did come out sprayed in all directions and was very difficult to adjust to get any heat out. The wiring to the shower looked very dangerous, but no different to the rest of Guatemala! The sink was hanging of the wall, but looked like it could easily be fixed. The worst part of the stay was at night, when the local dogs barked and barked and barked (right through the night), couple with the very noisy tuk tuks. We hadn't experienced this latter issue anywhere else throughout Guatemala.

Extremly nice owner/lady. Helped us with hike to indiana nose. Room was big and so clean.

The lady who welcomed us was very kind and friendly.
The place is far from all the cool stuff in San Pedro. You need to take a tuc-tuc for everything and there are not so many available around there. Cold shower. Dirty bathroom. Bad smells everywhere.
