アディスアベバの郊外地のホテルかな

部屋は広く、近隣も静かなので、そこそこリラックスできると思います。朝食は現地料理中心で、品数は少ないですが、味はまずまずです。でも、コーヒーにミルクのサービスは無しでした。 1Fにレストラン・バーがあるので、現地食以外の晩飯も大丈夫です。でも量が多いです。

エアコンがないので、雨期で気温が寒いときは、服で調整しるしかありません。市街地から離れているので、ホテル周辺で観光客向けの店舗はほとんどありません。近隣は坂道が多いので、タクシー（RIDE）は必須です。

VERY BAD

The reception was bad and the receptionist does not speak English, they refused to book through Booking, and they did not accept payment by credit card, I paid cash for one night and left in the morning, it was a really bad experience, and the dinner was completely unsatisfactory, it was tea and a piece of cake, I do not recommend it at all.

Bad experience compared to the price payed, cheaper hotels offer better services

The WiFi

NO FUNCTIONING HEATER in the bathroom, I complained many times but still there was always issues with it, NO GENERATOR if power cut occurs. I WANTED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT REFUND. The price was too high compared to the services offered by this hotel. DONT BOOK FOR MANY DAYS BECAUSE THERE IS NO REFUND AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE THE HOTEL.

The manager is total fraud, they didnt show up on time for pickup, refused to pick us up.

I just like that low level staff like helpers and kitchen workers are kind

They charge me alot 60 dollar more and then asked me to give them 100$ in morning so they can arrange the change but in the end they didnt give me the change,keep on saying that the guy is coming with change.... but in end no one came in all this drama they made us late to our flight as i already paid them my airport drop off charges. Also didnt give me computerized reciept

Horrendous and we didn’t even stay there!

Got to the hotel and the area was shocking but expected this to an extent. We looked at the rooms before unloading the luggage and they were not even close to the images advertised on booking.com so we left to find another hotel. I asked the property to waive the cancelation fees but was denied ! Not happy😡

Great Value and Nice Place to Stay in Addis

A very nice, family owned hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The hotel restaurant has GREAT food with a wide selection of local and foreign food. It is close to Entoto park. We enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely stay again. Great value.

It will be nice to visit again later and enjoy all the upgrades when they are complete.

Very good

Good staff. The manager came to pick me up and wait for me after midnight at the airport to take me to the hotel which was very nice of him because he had to wait more than an hour for luggage problem. They made sure that my room was always clean. Also, they were always avaliable for whatever needed.

If you are looking for a quiet, budget friendly hotel, then go to North Addis Hotel

The hotel is in a quiet environment and gives value for money. The staff is excellent, they attend to complaints promptly.

They need to prove elevator, climbing a four story building every time is not healthy for the elderly.

Very poor

The staff were polite.

The hotel did not accept card and local currency for payment. The TV in my room did not work. All the Junior Suit facilities listed where not provided, it is only bed in the room.

The staff were very welcoming and treated us like a family. Overall, the experience just amazing!!!!

Each morning of our stay at North Addis Hotel, breakfast was amazing, healthy, nutritious and absolutely delicious!!!
