wanted for nothing, car parking at property tight but my son did park his Toyota Avensis estate at the property.

The property was easy to find, clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was excellent, less than 5 mins from Saturday Market.
The accommodation is on 3 floors so not ideal for anyone with significant mobility problems. The garage is small, as stated, but we squeezed a Renault Clio in.
We'd definitely stay here again.

We were returning guests and once again we enjoyed a very comfortable stay, the house is in a quiet area, at walking distance of everything and just behind the Westwood pasture for a run.
Sara was very nice and helpful in answering my questions

This is a great house and has everything you will need for your stay. Restaurants , pubs and shops right on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again.

This location worked well for us as we were in and out to lots of concerts. We squeezed the car into the car port and went everywhere on foot. The house is well equipped and comfortable and Sarah was a very helpful host.

We had a lovely time visiting friends In Beverley. The house was very spacious and tidy. Everything we needed was available and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Had a great time town house was great everything we needed but is over 3 floors not suitable for some

Only problem was the parking. The carport was not big enough to take our car ( which is not very big - a Peugeot Teepee) and the residents parking nearby was always full. My husband is disabled so it was a real problem for us.

Great property in Beverley. To find somewhere in the UK with 3 bathrooms was awesome. Washing machine (in kitchen) and separate dryer (in garage). Walking distance to everything. The car port is definitely only an option for a smaller car, as mentioned by the owner in the description. We had a Ford Galaxy as a rental and had to use the parking permit supplied. Parking close to the property on the weekend was harder. the Parking restrictions are for day time only so the spots fill quickly and empty late on Friday and Saturday nights. There are other available spots you just have to park further from the property. Perfect location for walking to "downtown" in Beverley. Spacious property for the price.

This three story town house is very convenient to the town centre and situated in a lovely quiet street. There is a loo on every floor which was handy. I was on an organised Yorkshire Wolds walking holiday which met at the market square daily and this was a very comfy base to return each evening. There are a good choice of places to eat in the town and the surrounding area is beautiful. The parking was tight but managed to get the car in with a bit of a wiggle. The bed was very comfortable abd I slept like a log.

Very nice property, very convenient to all areas of Beverly which we found to be a delightful town, well worth a visit. Everything we needed was in the property too, comfy beds, lovely outside area too. Owner easily contactable too and a problem I myself caused with the parking permit was soon rectified.

I can truly say that staying in this house was as comfortable as being in our own home . Very well situated near to the town and it's amenities but still quite.

A great week staying in 9 Tiger Lane, Beverley. Fabulous central location. Great that there is off road parking. Beverley itself is lovely. Visited Flamborough Head, Whitby, Robin Hood Bay and York. Would definitely stay again.
4.7
Car parking very difficult; Fridge, dishwasher, lack of toilet roll holders ( pointed out by previous guests)all still remain unattended. The state of the wheelie bins was unpleasant to say the least! The few cooking pans available were no longer non-stick, their handles had worked loose hence cooking was difficult.

The property was well located, clean and bright. One or two odd quirks that didn't really matter - dishwasher wasn't able to open. However if you aren't good at stairs it may be difficult - no more than described in the property so we were well warned. Also the parking was very tight - I scratched the car. Again warned in literature but do take care. Enjoyed our stay throroughly - very quiet for being so central. Everyone very friendly

We have teenage children so were looking for a property near to lots of things to do. This property is a hop skip and jump from Beverley town centre with a great range of eateries and various things to do and is also close to things like Yorkshire Wildlife Park, The Deep and the Hull museums and is also not far from the coast. We had a fabulous week, eating out/taking away most of the time and making the most of the location. The property is large and clearn, the courtyard garden is pleasant for lunch on a nice day and we wanted for nothing. Our car was far too big for the car port/garage but we were able to park nearby with the parking permit. Good value and a great place to stay.

The house was in an excellent position in the town centre. However it wasn't made clear on the website that the house was 3 storeys. We were disappointed that the fridge had no lower door shelf as it was broken and the lid to the vegetable compartment was missing. This made it difficult to store the food we needed. We were only two but it would be totally inadequate for five. Although we were warned that the car port would only accommodate a small car, it did present severe difficulties for our Honda Jazz which is quite narrow.

Great stay, house was fantastic, central and cosy. Very quiet too. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay at 9 Tiger Lane . Everything was very clean and beds comfortable . Kitchen well equipped . Although only a few minutes walk into Beverley the house was in a very quiet area and was very peaceful at night . Sara the owner was very helpful and answered any queries very promptly . Garage was a tight squeeze with our large car but managed easily with no problem . There was a residents parking pass if we had needed it . Overall a lovely break and would definitely recommend.

We had a nice and comfortable stay at Tiger lane in Beverley. The house is very close to the park which made it very easy to go running. The town center and the minster are also very close, and we enjoyed walking there. It is just a pity, the dishwasher does not open properly.

We were really pleased with the accommodation, which was spacious, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you need. It is well placed in Beverley being close to all amenities, including the bus station. We love the area and hope to come and stay again.

The property is an ideal location for exploring Beverly. All facilities are clean and functional. Parking is a bit tight but bearing in mind the location it was okay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Beverley, main reason was the location of Sara's property it was in the perfect location for walking around Beverley and so close to the market square and all amenities, restaurants etc. The house was perfect for our needs and i would certainly reccommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in Beverley.
4.7
We stayed just two nights but found the house excellent for us and 3 small children.
Sara is a super host and her house offers great value for money when you have a family like ours.
Whilst Parking is an issue, unless you have a very small car, the access to Residents on Street Parking by way of the free voucher allowed easy access.
We will be returning.

The property was close to Beverley and our Australian relatives enjoyed the stay. The microbe was a bit grubby with a cup of coffee still inside, otherwise clean and perfect. Thank you.

Well kept, fairly new townhouse on three floors. Kitchen with dining area opening onto private patio, laundry room with washing machine (small dryer is in the garage) half bath, carport & garage on street level. Living room, large bathroom w/tub only & one twin bedroom (no closet) on next level, two double bedrooms and small bath with very small shower on top floor. Neutral decor, basic furniture. Very clean.
4.7
Only downgraded from 5 because the car port was not big enough for my car and on street parking is limited, though Sara was very honest about this so I knew what to expect. The property is just as described and in excellent condition (and very clean). The location is superb for exploring the town.
4.7
the house is very well located. The street is very calm and you at the border of the city center of Beverly.
The house is well equipped and the owners are very friendly and helpful. In the neighbourhood there are shops, busstation..
Nice stay in a lovely place

My 2 sisters and myself stayed here for 4 days. It is a clean and well maintained property and exactly as described on the website. We had a very enjoyable stay here and it was great to hear the church bells on Sunday, I hadn't heard bells for such a long time so it was an extra treat. We enjoyed the Saturday market which we didn't know about beforehand and there are lots of stalls selling all sorts of things. The difficulty was that we couldn't buy too much as we were limited by baggage allowances on flights. Beverley is central to lots of places in Yorkshire and it doesn't take long to get anywhere by car.
I would certainly recommend the accommodation and Beverley to anyone, I liked Beverley the moment I drove into it. It is such a warm, welcoming city and very clean and tidy.
