Loved the location and the staff, but the facilities could have been more up to date for that money.

Breakfast was quite good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Spa was clean. But water temperature in hot baths was definitely lower than declared.

Room was a bit cold - max 21C. It looked a bit tired, worn out.

Rummet var inget speciellt men helt ok. Omgivningarna och herrgården var jättefina. Värt ett besök.

Måltiden på restaurangen överraskade oss verkligen, den motsvarade tyvärr inte alls våra förväntningar. Förrätten jag serverades var en hög coleslaw och rullade rostbiffskivor; saknade all finess både i utförande och smak. Huvudrätten var en torr platt fiskbit serverad i en pöl av brun sås som verkligen inte såg lockande ut. Därtill fick vi en skål med fyra små mosklickar och en tesked någon slags svampinläggning. Det visade sig att vara var för oss båda. Jag har hört så mycket gott om Haikko så våra förväntningar var skyhöga. Vi avbokade omedelbart följande dagens bordsbokning och åt i stan dagen efter. Oerhörd besvikelse!

Nice spa!

The spa was great, although the infrared sauna didn’t seem to be heated or working properly. The bathrobes and towels comfy. The breakfast was superb and the location really nice.

The slippers are charged extra 3,5€ per person on the standard rooms, but when we made the booking via booking.com they were mentioned in the included amenities of the room, which was the reason we didn’t pack our own. The spa & congress building rooms were a bit outdated, for this room rate (170€/night) we would at least have liked a smart TV with streaming options, maybe a kettle as well.

Lovely peaceful location near Porvoo. Spa & Sauna facility is spot on.

Lovely location wonderful views, had the sea view room. Breakfast is in the main Manor House which is very royal.

Tea making facility was not available in the room and the reception was not that helpful in getting a cup of tea.

Decent hotel but did not meet the expectations. Great breakfast

Breakfast was excellent with an amazing view from the manor house’s terrace. Staff was very friendly. Our room had a nice sea view.

The hotel required us to schedule the spa visit and breakfast in advance and only gave us a couple of options, which was not indeed ideal for a spontanious vacation. We stayed at the spa building instead of the manor and it was quite mediocre. The room got hot in the morning/mid-day sun and there was not any separate air conditioning. The spa did not meet our expectations: It was very crowded and did not have any hot pools as the only hot pool was under maintenance, of which we were not informed beforehand. There was quite much construction work around the hotel.

Relaxing spa, very nice environment, less attractive building

The hotel is situated in a lovely park on the shore of a gulf, you can do nice walks, very calm. The spa offers plenty of relaxing features, very kind staff

The building and the furniture are outdated, without any character. You have to walk to another building for the breakfast. From the room we could see just a wall

A good Spa to stay for a while and chill

I enjoyed my time at the Spa and decent selection at the breakfast. The place was clean and well organized and there was ample space around to take walks in nature. I enjoyed opening the windows, the view and the fresh air.

- Would be nice to have a Finnish sauna or a warm (80+ ℃) sauna. Most saunas were way too mild in the common Spa area. - Breakfast selection could be more friendly to vegetarians - There could be a few more hooks in the bathroom for the clothes

Location is beautiful and actual manor is also very nice.

The rooms are located in the so-called SPA building, a colossal, grey, ugly and worn out concrete monster. Feels like being in Soviet Union in 1980. Besides the actual SPA is small and not very exciting. Should also be noted that the place is remote and the only food options are the restaurants at site. Food was delicious but horribly overpriced (but that’s the only food option available).

Ugly hotel, very poor room quality, but nice location.

Smallest bed I have ever seen in a hotel room! Not suitable for an adult person, rather for children. Slept very bad. Room equipment from the 70s, both the furniture and the bathroom. Apparently there has been no investment since then. The hotel is simply ugly inside and out. The room rate is far too high for this. But the location is very nice. The staff is very friendly.

I haven't slept in such a narrow bed since I was a child! Totally inadequate for adults. You can't get a decent night's rest like that.
