Quaint and lovely! Outside of town, which we loved, but important to note that its about 15 -20 mins to city center. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was delish. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. I would 100% recommend and stay here again.
Just be sure you are aware of the distance to town. If you want quiet and calm, this is the place. If you want to be close to the action, this is a little far away. But, I have to say, once we were in Killarney for dinner, it was BUSY with hen/stag parties and was quite bustling well into the evening. So, in the end, we were happy to be in a quieter location!

It was cumbersome to get to our room via the bar--and then no elevator.

We were made so welcome and had a lovely stay. The location was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The highlight was the amazing breakfast. We will be staying there again.
We liked it all

Lovely accommodations with super friendly staff. The bartender and evening desk host were delightful. Breakfast was nice and the views were spectacular.
Only downside is that it’s a drive to town.

Sehr hundefreundlich und zuvorkommend. Hatte. Eine Decke, Napf & Leckerli und ein Spielzeug auf dem Zimmer.
Wir durften den Hund im Zimmer lassen wenn wir essen gingen und der Hund durfte auch mit in die Bar, sehr unkompliziert und praktisch.

A fantastic what appears to be a family run hotel the house dates from the 1800s with fabulous views. A little out of the town but that wasn’t an issue. There is an award winning restaurant attached. I arrived a little too late for that but is definitely worth looking into if you are a foodie

We travelled with our dog and he was very well looked after too!

Très beau jardin. Nous n’avons pas peux profiter du jardin ni du restaurant et non plus le stationnement, il y avait un événement à l’hôtel.

It was a beautiful structure and the view!!! and closeness to all amenities was handy.
Staff uniforms were a bit stiff. No need to be placing napkins on customers, it’s outdated. Food was delicious but bacon should not be added to monk fish. Menu should be stated clearly. A little bit more cleaning detail to the rooms. Toilet and bedsheets had stains.

The dining area and lobby areas are very nice.
The gardens need upkeep, more wait staff is needed for busy times.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was really delicious and the setting and location were beautiful.
Ours was a late booking and our room was small and a little dark at the back of the property.

The staff were very kind and attentive but sadly the dinner at the restaurant was disappointing, especially the vegetarian lasagne which was filled with cous cous and a few sparse vegetables. We also got two plates of steamed vegetables to share even though there were 3 of us and our dishes said they would come with sides of chips / sweet potato fries - so the meal wasn’t filling and felt cheap. Other elements of the meal also made it feel like cut backs were being made

Very cozy place. The restaurant was delicious, but extremely expensive.
The customer service was great.
The beds were uncomfortable. The tv was tiny. If you leave a light on at night a bunch of gnats fill the room. Harmless but annoying.

Amazing service, beautiful and clean facilities. Amazing restaurant.
No air conditioning

The staff were lovely and friendly and really efficient. The food was absolutely amazing. The room and bathroom were great, the bed was very comfortable. We had an amazing time, thank you so much.
The towels were a little small. Our room overlooked the smoking area and there were some very loud smokers!

Did not have breakfast
Service was quite poor. As with most places in Ireland at the moment the hotel appeared to be severely understaffed.
