Určitě se sem vrátíme a pobudeme více dnů!

Lokalita na klidném místě, rychlé odbavení, zařízení pokoje dle očekávání 👍 I když hotel povoluje domácí mazlíčky a jsou zde ubytované rodiny s malými dětmi, naprosto nic nerušilo klid a pohodu. Hotelová snídaně naprosto skvělá, včetně veškerého obslužného personálu. To samé i restaurace.

Nic neshledávám.

Všechno se nám libilo! Krásný hotel, kde jsou děti vítány. Bohaté snídaně, parádní wellness, dětská herna a čítárna, milý a vstřícný personál.

Ha túrázol aludni jó

A szálláson ingyenes a parkolás és rengeteg hely van a kocsik számára. Nagyszerű a szálloda elhelyezkedése, ha szeretnél túrázni mivel a túra útvonal kvázi a parkolóból indul (mi ezért is választottuk a ezt a hotelt). A személyzet kedves volt, de nem árt ha tudsz németül mert sajnos angolul szinte senki nem beszélt a hotel személyzetében. A vacsora és a reggeli jó volt és bőséges a választék.

A szoba nagyon hangos volt mert a szomszéd szobából minden áthallatszott. Mi a 415-ös szobában voltunk a folyosó végén és itt például már nem nagyon volt wi-fi lefedettség és a laptopot 5 percenként ledobálta a telefon pedig alig tudott kapcsolódni a hálózathoz. A fürdőben ki volt égve a spot lámpa a tükör előtt a fő lámpa pedig pislákolt. A zuhanykabinban a zuhanyrózsa nem passzolt a tartóba, így ha nem folyt a víz akkor lógott a levegőben. A szoba alapvetően tiszta volt bár a fürdőben és az ablaknál volt egy egy nagy pókháló amihez pók is járt az asztalon pedig egy döglött méhecske volt.

Tento hotel bych si vybrala znovu pro svoji dovolenou. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Hotel byl pěkně zrekonstruovaný, čistý. Personál velice ochotný a milý. Jídlo bylo výborné, velký výběr a chutné. Pro děti hotel nabízel spousty aktivit -dilnicky, hraci koutky, venkovní hriste, vnitřní bazén.

Teplejší voda v bazéně 😁...jinak bylo vše super

Kinder- und Hundefreundliches Hotel

Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und für jeden was dabei. Das Hotelpersonal kümmert sich umgehend um Anliegen der Gäste.

Das Schwimmbad ist für ein so großes Hotel viel zu klein. Koffer müssen zur Rezeption getragen werden, es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Treppen mittels eines Liftes oder Rampe zu umgehen. Mir persönlich waren es zu viele Hunde im Hotel. Aber das ist meine Ansicht. Parken zu späterer Stunde war schwierig, da nicht genügend Parkplätze vorhanden waren.

Herrliche Landschaft,aber nichts für Nichtskiläufer!

Das Büffet sehr umfangreich für Normalesser Schwimmbad freier Zutritt Alles sehr sauber

Verständigung mit dem Personal unzureichend Sehr schlechte Ausschilderung und kaputte Zufahrtstrasse Fehlende Hinweise ,Seilbahnen und Lifte waren nicht in Betrieb Gluten-und Lactoseintolerant wurde nicht berücksichtigt,trotz Ankündigung mehrmals

Krásná lokalita, velmi pěkný hotel s kvalitními službami.

Využití bazénu v odpoledních hodinách bylo zpoplatněno.

Good, but not good enough to come back again.

The personnel was extremely friendly and helpfull. The Hotel is good prepared and equipped for families with small kids,

I liked the hotel, but not the whole area

Most of the staff was friendly, especially at he bar, and not to forget old cleaning lady who was always smiling. The hotel is good value for the money. Unfortunately that cannoy be said for the whole area when it comes to the prices for skiing.

The breakfast was the same all days. The water in the swimming pool could be little bit warmer. The ski room door lock was not working so one had to go trough the hotel. The ski lift nearby hotel is very old and slow, but you still have to buy ticket for whole are which could be as expensive as in Austria for instance, up to 70 euro per day.

Breakfast was really good

-wellness center is really small. You need to book it in advance even if you have superior package with unlimited access there. Its not written anywhere... -for some reason price is calculated in eur (we are in Czech Republic btw). You can pay in euros(only cash) or you can pay in czk by card, but its calculated based on the hotel exchange rate which is awfully bad compared to official exchange rate. Be ready to pay at least 5% more

Everything was great, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and had adequate accessories, the wellness was perfect

Great place to stay for family with a kid.

Hotel has huge indoor kids room with a lot of toys and activities. There are two restaurants in the complex. Hotel has swimming pool and sauna. There are kids activities in the morning and in the evening.

Not worth the money I payed.

I payed 180,-EUR for 1 person/1 night and I was asked to pay extra, if I wanted to use the fitness or spa in the evening. The fitness did not even have a treadmill. People on the floor were slamming the door till 00:30. Something like "night/silent time" does not exist there.

My advise to change the lady in the Spa as such staff could damage business.

Seems the manager should change the lady in the Spa Centre, as she was absolutely unfriendly and rude. All other staff was really good and professional.

The beer

Guy at reception doesn't even greet you when approached for an issue, and even sounded rough and full of himself, hence the repulsive type. Given the hotel was sold out, guy should learn to find solutions, not used the busy day as an excuse. So the guy receptionist fails at his basic duty of handling customer concerns. Conversely the girls had more soft skills. Phone in our room didn't work. Carpet had stains. Parking was tough to find. Access to amenities impossible due to full capacity on the day. No air con in the room doesn't help as then you have to open windows, but with people drinking in the lower floors, this doesn't help. Location is ok, but others are closer to the mountain views and better landscape.
