Kind of a last minute booking got me there and now I it’s on my radar for next time attending a fair.

There was some free parking in front and it’s in walking distance to the fair grounds.

Schönes und besonderes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen mit sehr freundlichem Pers... Apr. 2024 • Paare Sehr schönes und besonderes Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Köln! Die Umgebung um das Hotel ist nicht besonders schön, aber für uns zum Erreichen unserer geplanten Aktivitäten perfekt. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich direkt beim Empfang wohl fühlt. Ein-und Auschecken gestaltete sich vollkommen unkompliziert und das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl (auch vegan und vegetarisch) auf ganzer Ebene begeistert!

Einziges Manko war das Bett, was wir als eher unbequem empfunden haben. Das ist aber Geschmacksache und daher eher "meckern auf hohem Niveau". Die Amaturen und Regale im Bad waren teilweise sehr staubig und wirkten nicht sauber.

The price and quality do not match

Almost all. View was horrible. I saw to the abandoned and burnt out buildings. The room wasn’t clean. The AC didn’t work. The bathroom was strange (shower couldn’t moving)

Perfect location for an overnight stop

Comfortable room with a great garden outside which suited as travelling with our dog. Staff all really helpful

A nice place

The place was really nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly

Bring cash, because they declined my card without my bank even showing an attempt to charge it. The location wasn't the best (both in terms of local area and distance from the centre) and it was probably a little overpriced

receptionist very nice. room and bathroom very clear and quiet.

hallway is dark, the hallway door close from one side to another side. we couldn’t find which door is the one to our room. our room has bad smell in the beginning. we have to open the window

Staff friendly but uncomfortable.

We stayed 1 night as we were attending a concert in which the hotel was in walking distance to, which was ideal as we didn’t have to worry about parking. The staff were friendly upon arrival and the room was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable to the point where we could feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows were not very padded, to the point where we literally lay flat. The room smelled of cigarette smoke also when we walked in, as my husband and I don’t smoke it wasn’t very welcoming.

Good location near fair, but too expensive for what you get.

The staff is very friendly, and the location of the hotel is good when you are visiting the fair.

Our room was located above a space where (staff) people smoke, which means our room was a smoking room. As I have asthma, I had beardly slept.

Super friendly staff, interesting design in the lobby / restaurant areas. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast selection.

Thin walls so you can hear everything if you have noisy neighbours. Location is a bit odd. Very basic rooms.
