Bra centralt läge med, trevlig personal. Kunde vara mer utbud på frukosten.

Bra frukost även om det inte fanns "allt"

Frukosten kunde ha lite mer utbud som äggröra, mer fil/yoghurt-sorter mm. Var litre tunt om man kom sent.

Sehr netter Empfang, Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Günstig, sauber aber nicht zur nächtlichen Erholung gedacht

Zimmer sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Tisch mit Stuhl und Kissen, offenes Regal mit Kleiderstange; Bett und Beistelltisch mit Lampe, TV. Alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden.

Eine Zimmerseite hatte eine komplette Fensterfront zur Straße. Da das Hotel sehr Zentral liegt war es durch die Straßenbahn und die Nachtaktiven sehr laut. Auch konnten die Vorhänge das Zimmer nicht richtig abdunkeln, so dass es nachts relativ hell im Raum war, da am Fenster die Straßenbeleuchtung angebracht war.

Horror

Uner der Gürtel Linie.

Ein Gestank als Würde man in ein Aschenbecher schlafen, und wo ich nachts auf Toiletten wollte, ist bem öffnen der Tür, das komplette Fenster auf den Kissen gefallen. Beim entfernen des Fensters ist mir bewusst geworden was für eine Wucht dass Fenster hat. Es hätte schlimmste folgen haben können, habe richtig Glück gehabt. Ich habe das Hotel p. Email das ganze geschehen geschildert und um eine Rückmeldung gebeten. Keine Reaktion. Ich bin hart im nehmen, aber das war ein richtiges Horror, und dass in eine Landeshauptstadt. Sorry!

No one available to request for essentials. Double bed had 2 x single quilts. Asked for a double quilt and non were available. Despite putting the "please clean my room sign" it was not cleaned nor bed linen / towels changed throughout my stay. Each time l looked for staff to ask, there was no one available.

If you attend event in Capitol and plan to spend only few hours of sleep there, go for it

Location - especially if you attend concert in Capitol, the location is just perfect, it's worth to sacrifice on ugly rooms or noise, to have comfort of being 2 min from the venue. Also there is plenty of restaurants, shops around. Very close to tram stop from which you can take direct tram to the train station. Perfect!

Room - room is just ugly and reminds me of prison. However, there is everything what you need, it's rather clean. So for 1-2 nights would do, if you don't plan to spend much time in there. Reception - there was noone at the reception when I arrived even though it was middle of working week, ca 15:00-16:00, and I let the hotel know what time I arrive. First I couldn't enter the building, luckly someone was coming in. Then I called the number given, the guy picked up and came in ca. 10 min. That was annoying as I was in rush. I should be able to check in immediately when I arrive, especially if it's middle of the day and hotel knew that I will come. If there was noone coming in, I would be standing on the street in the rain.

I liked that the room was spacious, nice view from the window and really taken care of details.

The front door was difficult to open. And there is a number on the door to ring when the door does not open, but nobody was picking up the phone. Finally after 5 to 10 minutes I managed to open the door. This is really not how it should be.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate

The Hotel failed to send me a five digit code so that I can access the key box and get my room key as I was arriving after midnight; the hotel Failed to provide me with the password for the Wi-Fi even after numerous requests and they put me in the wrong room I paid for a twin room and for my first night I had a single room and my second night I had a queen size room but I did not have the room that I paid for and when I spoke to staff they told me they didn’t speak English even though I had just overheard them having a conversation on the phone in English

Ou have to call the owner so no reception and if you have no charge you can not access to the key, although i mentioned i will arrive between 20-21 and was there at 20:30 Hygine there was a cigarette in the shower TV does not work The light was broken The window was open upon my arrival and room was cold Internet has a problem as well

Great staff, terrible hotel.

The staff (the one person I dealt with both days) was very friendly and attentive.

The beds were the worst I've ever slept in. The tram runs all day and night and is easily heard outside the hotel. The room offered little comfort. The internet was choppy and intermittent.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Spend your money elsewhere

Good location

I switched to a different room because the first one was did not have a bathroom and the door locks with a key. The second room had a bathroom but was very dirty, worst pillow ive slept on and i didn't sleep well. I tried to check out 1 night early and the manager tried to scam me. Even though my twin brother and I had completely different reservations, he charged me for an extra night under my brother's name. He then tried to charge me for not turning in my first room key even though I did turn it in. I left without saying a word.
