es war ein schöner aber zu kurzer Aufenthalt

Très décevant

La vue de la chambre, la propreté et les essuies disponibles à volonté dans les thermes.

Beaucoup de choses. Tout d’abord très cher pour la chambre, qui était certes propre mais très vieillotte, sèche-cheveux d’époques. Le repas du soir, nous avons payé près de 140€ pour une entrée de produits régionaux préemballés, mon poisson était surgelé et trop cuit, le plat de mon mari pareil, 38€ la bouteille de vin vraiment pas bonne, nous avons laissé la moitié. On réserve un hôtel 4 étoile, on s’attend clairement à autres chose. Les thermes, très beau sur photos, mais la piscine froide, le hamam, un bruit incroyable, on ne saurait pas y rester, une douche à côté du hamam, qui ne fonctionne pas. Les deux sauna, bien, chouette d’avoir des essuies en y rentrant et essuie disponible à volonté côté piscine. Le petit déjeuner, la charcuterie n’était pas de première fraîcheur, il faillait retirer les premières tranches. On proposait également des légumes dont les carottes étaient sèches et là depuis plusieurs jours. Vraiment hyper déçue, je ne sais pas comment cela se passe pour avoir 4 étoiles mais pour moi c’est pas possible. On dit que l’on parle notre langue, pas du tout même si le personnel de l’accueil est sympa. Donc avec la barrière de la langue, nous avons pas su exprimer notre mécontentement. J’ai payer 380€ pour deux nuits, c’est énorme!!!!! La literie faisait du bruit, les coussins ne ressemblaient plus à rien. On entendait les voisins dont un qui se levait à 5h du matin. On se faisait une joie de partir quelques jours en amoureux….. À l’accueil, il y a un écran avec ce qui est proposé, les services, le restaurant ect…. Ça vend du rêve mais c’est loin d’être le cas.

goed ontbijt, prima sauna en zwembad.Mooie ligging. Verzorgde kamers, ruim, gezellig.

Weinig afwisseling en keuze in eten restaurant. In de buurt niet veel eetgelegenheden dus wat aangewezen op het hotel. Lekker maar meer uitgebreide kaart had welkom geweest.

Très bon séjour en forêt noire, je recommande !

Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié sont les éléments suivant : le lieu et le cadre de l'hôtel, les chambres et leur propreté, le petit-déjeuner du matin très copieux, la piscine et le SPA.

Le service au restaurant le soir peut être amélioré. Certains plats proposés au restaurant pourrait être améliorés.

Ruhiges Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit einem hervorragenden Frühstück.

Das Essen und das Frühstück waren hervorragend. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig, ohne kitschig zu sein. Man hat eher das Gefühl von Urlaub, als von einer Geschäftsreise.

Presque parfait, dommage pour le manque de présence au niveau du service à table.

Ils proposent des repas Vegan 👍. Dommage qu'ils ne figurent pas sur la carte menu. La piscine est super bien chauffée. Les installations sont très propres. Les petits déjeuners sont magnifiques.

Au repas du soir servi, le serveur reste très en retrait. Nous avons dû lui demander la carte des desserts à 3 reprises. Nous étions à 6 adultes, nous souhaitions consommer quelques verres, le serveur nous dit que c'est trop tard. Il nous dirige vers le bar de l'hôtel qui en fait était fermé. En retournant sur nos pas pour lui dire qu'il n'y avait aucun membre du personnel, le serveur nous accueille en manteau pour rentrer chez lui et nous souhaite une bonne nuit 🥴 avec un gros sourire ! Il était 22h30. En tout cas on ne peut pas dire que le restaurant pousse à la consommation, loin de là.

Tout était parfait. Personnel à l'écoute, repas au restaurant très bon et petit déjeuner formidable.

Le confort de l'établissement, le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute, la qualité des repas et du petit déjeuner. La piscine ouverte dès 7h du matin.

En cas d'affluence, il manque peut-être un peu de places de repos dans l'espace wellness.

Beautiful hotel but not so great sleep

The breakfast was so good and the wellness was beautiful. Beautiful area to go hiking.

The beds were a bit firm for my taste and the walls in our room (27?) were really too thin.

Great hotel offering many comforts and super value for the price.

Nice hotel with super value for your money that has a spa area with a pool and outdoor sort of log cabin saunas. The outdoor sauna area is large with two different saunas and many benches and chairs outside for relaxing after being in the sauna. There is also an indoor relaxation area with comfortable recliners. Another positive point was the very good breakfast included in the price. If you want to go hiking in the Black Forest, the hotel is ideal, because you can leave on a number of different hiking tours directly from the hotel.

The outdoor sauna area is bordered on two sides by larger buildings whose windows can potentially overlook the sauna area, which makes it feel a bit less private than would be optimal.

it was not what we hoped for from the description and the price charged

the location and the staff were great, so was the menu and quality of food served in the restaurant in the evening.

despite the hotel being large with very few guests we were put in a room overlooking a scruffy flat roofed area with no view of the surrounding countryside or gardens( as advertised on booking.com ). Although the downstairs areas were well kept up, the stairs and corridors leading to our room were badly decorated with holes in the stair carpet. I had booked this particular hotel as I wanted to use the sauna but when we went down to swim and sauna before dinner it was switched off. no slippers were provided in the room to walk to the pool area although a bathrobe was provided.

Too expensive for what it was; will chose another hotel next time when looking for rest.

The surroundings are beautiful and there are many nature trails and activities to be undertaken.

We were primarily there to rest and to take advantage of the sauna. We compared many hotels and chose this one because of the good comments and also the "block house sauna". Unfortunately, the sauna space outside is not even closed so that you cannot walk around naked from one side to the other. There is a parking lot and also houses to directly look into the space and garden. What is more, there were only two huts open plus a little resting space where 4-5 people could sit/lie. For the full hotel, there definitely was not enough space where to rest; we had to sit outside in the rain. There also is only one shower as the tub with cold water (the only one next to the one shower) was not filled with water. Also, there were not enough towels, and the staff did not clean the space with all the people that were there. Grass and dirt was carried also to the inside.... on top of that, we thought that the sauna and wellness space would be much bigger. Inside there is a mini sauna (where everybody can see you if you decide to sit in it naked) and a small hamman as well as a pool. Finally, the rooms were already aging, smelling carpet and being somewhat worn down; you could hear a small child scream next door although we stayed in a junior suite. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected much more....

Amazing hotel and small village with access to bike trails and hills of the Nature Park.

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Great spa area and breakfast was fantastic. Staff was incredibly helpful.

Room was a bit noisy and was woken by the kitchen prep noises several times.

It’s a shame, could be a good hotel. Needs renovation and some management of certain staff

Spa was good although steam room was not warm enough. Breakfast was reasonable and dinner was good.

Rooms are tired and need renovation(room 43) At dinner as a single person i was ‘guided’ to a table in the worst position in the room. At breakfast two mornings running the waiter had a ‘dirty, smelly shirt and had body odour’ I made my feelings known to a very nice waitress who passed my observation straight to management. Staff should be ‘managed’ by management and this should never happen. In general staff were helpful . No lift in hotel and i had to ask for help with bags to the 3rd floor.

Room was very clean with a great terrace - breakfast and dinner in the restaurant Wipfel was good even if the food was a bit strange weird. The spa was small but clean and had a few nice spots to hang and also 2 nice saunas.

Very small single beds but otherwise was just as expected.
