Downtown Eisenach right by the bus station. Very pedestrian friendly.

She waited and brought breakfast to me.

Parking is tricky.

room size was excellent Location was excellent Soya milk was provided for us as vegans reception staff were very helpful providing local information and phoning for taxi when one was needed

check when items need replacing more frequently Clean/dust behind television No other provision was made for vegans except the provision of soya milk, vegan slices could have been provided Black out curtains for rooms that face the road/street lights

Good for one night if you travels, but nothing else

Extremly outdated bathroom with very slippery tiles. Very cheap furnitures. Big but empty spaces in the room

If you are looking for a practical and comfortable accommodation close to the station!

I got a kind a flat with living room, big kitchen and bathroom for the price of one room. I don't know all the condition of rooms are same or not, but if you travel with family or friends and need accomoation just near by central station(maybe you have train in early morning or many baggages make you don't move a lot) it is great place. Around Eisecah HBF is not dangerous like Frankfurt, so you can easily walk down only 2-3 min to Hotel, there are big shopping mall just in from of the hotel inclube Kaufland, dm, etc.

A bit noisy because of the bus terminal bejind of hotel. And a bit smoking smell in the room even though there are the sign "no smoking" (So it is not Hotel's falut)

A nice hotel conveniently located close to the central train and bus stations

The hotel's location next to the central train and bus station is superb for everyone who is planning to travel to see the nearby villages or the Heinich national park; it is also close to the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful, thank you!

Checkin was smooth, breakfast was okay, rooms were clean, parking was provided at a fee which was very convenient.

No tea or coffee maker in the room, not even a fan in the room as it did become quite hot in the night. Had to open the window and sleep but as it faces the main road it got quite noisy in the night.

There was nothing to complain. Everything good, especially the location near the railway station and the city center

Ok for a short overnight stay.

Rooms are clean, beds are good. Staff is friendly. Location is good too.

Breakfast is for early birds. If you arrive around 9 am, there's little to nothing left. Rooms are basic: no fridge of water boiler in room. Wifi was slow, cumbersome, and kept falling out. Hotel parking a bit far away for dragging suitcases along. Bit since the hotel parking was full, we parked at the station, which was actually a bit closer and even a bit cheaper.
