great location for the airport and taxi came really quick when ordered by the staff.

Bathroom facilities were spotless! Staff members were very helpful and got me a taxi that was on time at 4:00 a.m. The room was very quiet.

Bedding was clean but pillows were flat and blanket inadequate.

One of the single beds was slightly less comfortable than the other (we stayed in a four-people room).

We liked our stay in Hotel Mirage. We felt safe and comfortable.

The location is very convenient, being 5 mins. away from the airport and 9 stops away from the city center via tram. It is also near some restaurants and pharmacies. Our room was just the right size for two, clean, and had a balcony with an outside view. The staff was very helpful in our queries and requests for assistance. There is a restaurant and bar on site so eating is not a problem. The food in the restaurant was also delicious (a la carte). Breakfast food is basic but it was enough to start your day. To sum it up, Hotel Mirage is a decent place to stay if you are looking for a place that is near the hotel and has good value for money.

There were no complimentary water, toothpaste, and toothbrush for the guests. The sound of the flush in the bathroom was too loud. Also, the bidet was different from the usual ones which have water coming out from the back or front part. The hotel's bidet needed to be filled up first so one can use it for washing.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. We are very satisfied with the accommodation, it was comfortable, clean and tidy. Special praise goes to the cleaners, who cleaned the room very well every day, every day all the towels were changed, the room was vacuumed, and the bed linen was changed. The reception staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is very good, coffee, tea, croissants, certain salami, cheeses and an omelette are offered. The parking in front of the hotel is large, spacious, and safe. The hotel is located in a great location, near the tram station and the airport. All in all, the Mirage hotel left a great impression on us. If we ever decide to come to Florence again, we will definitely stay at the Mirage Hotel. Great recommendation.

Not much to like.

We paid for a 4 star hotel but slept in 1 star rooms. The condition of the rooms were from a horror movie… old furniture.. everything old and not clean. I was afraid to touch the bathroom apliances. What is actually shocking is that the rooms we have stayed in are no where to be found in the picture gallery on booking.com or their official website. i searched everywhere online but you only see those nice pictures of a decent room. not the rooms we stayed in. addressed it to the reception and they just apologized.. luckily we were there only for one night. the only positive thing was the hotel stuff behaviour.

Fancy, low-priced & close to the airport

The room was quite big. It provided a comfortable king size bed, a safe, a wardrobe, a coat hanger and a desk. It literally had everything you could ask for. Besides the common amenities, the bathroom also came with a bidet.

- The WiFi was really slow. Around 4 Mbps in download and 1 Mbps in upload. - The hotel per se is great, the staff members are obliging and the place looks gorgeous. However, the location is quite rough and away from the touristic area. I'd recommend it for a close staying to the airport.
