Gran hotel altamente recomendable.

Hotel preciosa. Ambiente muy agradable con personal muy atento. La habitación era muy espaciosa, al igual que el baño. La limpieza excelente. El desayuno correcto.

cama comoda, resto no está a la altura

Comodidad de la cama, amplitud de la habitación.

No ponen nada de amenities, en un hotel de cadena no parece lógico, si necesitas algo debes mendigarlo, La ducha estaba torcida y ducharse era una experiencia con la pared, el aire acondicionado no se notaba.

Acogedor hotel en un edificio histórico

El hotel está en pleno centro de la ciudad, cómodo y luminoso. Absolutamente limpio, colchón y almohada cómodos. Personal muy amable. El desayuno es fresco, la elección fue suficiente para nosotros. Seguro que volveremos.

Checking in went smooth and the fact that most of the staff spoke english, was helpful. Breakfast was good. And the location was bang in the middle of town. The rooms were clean and the airco was great.

The many E-mails that were sent by the hotel in advance, often with the same info. And that apparently the breakfast was not included in the reservation. The water temperature in the shower had a bi-polar disorder, alternating from scorching hot to ice cold every 20 seconds

It's a nice hotel in a nice little town.

Great location, super-helpful staff (especially on check-in) and safe underground parking just a short walk away. Great breakfast and comfy beds. We stayed for two nights and would have been happy to stay longer.

Great convenient, friendly and well located Hotel, pretty town, and very interesting historically!

The Hotel has interesting architecture, a really nice restoration, very convenient restaurant in the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, well informed about the area also.

Staff at the reception is extremely helpful.

Staff at the breakfast room did not like to speak English. I saw them greet and talk to Spanish guests but for me, a foreigner, they took note of the room number and left me alone. No explanation on there choices of breakfast, no talking at all.

Excellent location.Clean and modern-ish room in historic hotel. Great value for money. Orihuela is a historic town with some good hikes round the mountain and along the river

We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised to receive such a big and comfy room for such a cheap price. The breakfast included was also 10/10. I was recommend anyone to stay here who is visiting.

The property had character and was well maintained. Excellent location for shops and old town. Very quiet room, despite being central.

No parking at the hotel. No kettle in room. No English TV.

I'll be back!

All staff (reception and restaurant) really helpful, friendly and professional. Good breakfast. Location. Good variety, and prices, in the restaurant. Rooms very generous size and also very clean.

Room was a little cold during the night and the air conditioning could not be used as it caused an uncomfortable draft. Reference to parking facilities on the Booking.com website is slightly misleading - Parking is off-site and is chargeable (although the hotel did arrange a discounted rate :-)!)
