breakfast and dinner were ok
4.0 / 5.0
The location which was ideal for skiing.
It seemed a bit run down for the price albeit being clean.
2.5 / 5.0
It was a budget friendly area.
The hotel was way too expensive for what it was. The beds are really uncomfortable. The rooms are way too small. The rooms are too close together, you can hear everything next door. The decor in the rooms and in the hotel in general are about 30 years old. Lastly, the hotel only allows for weekend reservations. They don't allow you to book during the week as they only cater for school trips.

location by ski lifts
extremely noisy - there is no sound proofing at all between bedrooms.
3.0 / 5.0
location and staff.
room did not have best standards, but to the budget I suppose. The food was a bit poor inside the restaurant, for both dinner and breakfast.

I liked everything its a great hotel.
Just wanted to get in my room as had been driving all day and The guy in reception on the night shift was on the phone for 15 minutes whilst I waited to get my room key. I had to tell him to serve me and to pay the local tax as he wouldn't get off
The phone on a personal call. Just annoyed me loads. The staff in the morning were lovely.

Good location, really loved the lobby hang out area with bar, games, and fireplace.
Rooms need more hooks to hang up coats and things, plus a clothes line. Lots of wet things coming back from skiing and no place to dry them. The food was ok and there are not any options nearby for dinner, so you’re stuck with what they offer.

Amazing Location and comfy beds.
Huge queue for breakfast.
3.0 / 5.0
The location is ideal, right next to the slopes.
The timetable of the restaurant. With COVID restrictions there should be more time to eat so that we don't all have to queue up outside the restaurant. With small kids, the restaurant only opens at 20h for dinner, which is quite late, especially if we get up early to ski the next day. Unless you're first in the queue (means lining up half an hour before the restaurant opens) you have to wait a long time to be able to sit down to eat.

The location is close to the station.
We were not able to eat in the hotel restaurant or drink in the bar according to the new COVID passport situation during 4 days with a kid of 4 years old.
When we asked in the front desk if they have room service, they said no and no solution afterwards.
Before we check out we were curious to ask if we can have the money of breakfast back, cause we were not allowed to get in the restaurant and it's not fair to pay what we did consume. But a front desk stuff called MONICA answered us very cold and even rude, She said, that it's our choice not to eat breakfast, so that's it! But we said, even though we are still Ur clients, we paid more than 200euros per night for a room not even with a bottle of water, and we have a kid of 4 years old, they can not even send us a glass of milk or cookie...Monica simply reply us the same thing with an attitude like we are not even welcome to the hotel and they will not even try to improve their service during a special period.
We don't really care about the breakfast money, But a proffesional hotel stuff will solve this problem in a smarter and comfortable way. For example offering a coffee or a glass of milk with a sincere smile, or telling the client that they will try to improve the service for their next stay...even is might not be true but it will feel better.
The ground of the room is a bit dirty, we can hear people screaming downstairs cause we live just above the restaurant.
The hotel is not responsible of money stolen if I leave money in the room!!!!! So we were so worried about our computer and iPad might got stolen, so we did allowed anyone to clean out room for 4 days.
Well, besides the location, more than 200euros per night, with beds and equipments like a hostel...I am more than speechless...

A great place for some summer hiking - the hotel is well placed for easy access to Puigcerda or Andorra, but also for the Parc Natural de Cadi-Moixero. The hotel itself has indoor and outdoor pools, an inexpensive bar and friendly staff. It also has great views.
The queues for dinner were annoying, and could easily be fixed with better planning.

Location, staff and food are very good.
The hotel is old and requires refurbishment.
3.5 / 5.0
The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is a few minutes walk from the lifts.
Our room vas very dusty. We could hear people from the next room talking as if they were in our room.
