I recommend it :)

The room was very clean and so spacious. It looks just like in the pictures and the hotel seems to be recently renovated The staff was very helpful and friendly The breakfast was amazing, great variety of choices The location is great, easy acces to the main roads and we found parking every day on the streat in front or near the hotel. Also, the staff recomended a near by, affordable parking in case we didn’t find any on the street. The beach is close, and the walk there is really nice.

The room is not soundproof. Sometimes we could hear people speaking when passing in front of our door early in the morning/late night. Some rooms are very close to the main route of the property and a lot of guests pass by.

We loved our stay, the hotel is amazing and the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful.everything is spotlessly clean

this is our second visit to this hotel. it is always nice on a returning visit to see the same staff working there. this is a gem of a hotel, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in costa Adeje.

The welcome we received on arrival was very good. We had arrived early and even so we were both made most welcome and were offered a welcome drink whilst we waited which we decided to have before our evening meal. Whilst being shown to our room we were told the layout of the hotel. Once in our room we were shown how everything worked and how to contact reception if we had any problems or questions. The room was lovely, a good size, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with a bath and a shower and a great balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is a choice of 3 different places to sit for eating. The breakfast selection is very good. The choice of food on the buffet in the evening changed daily, was imaginative, tasty and well presented and again there was always a good selection of items to choose from. The waiting staff and bar staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool was clean and the area very well maintained. The location of the hotel was great for the beach and wandering around. I can't find any fault with this hotel. If we return to Adeje we will definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything about the hotel that we did not like.

A wonderful week in a very good hotel, and with spectacular New Year’s Eve entertainment.

Good design and excellent facilities. Meals very good. All staff members were lovely and very efficient. Room a good size and plenty of wardrobe/storage space. Nice, good sized balcony. Very good evening entertainment.

The in-room kettle. Had to keep unplugging the lamp to plug in the kettle and then couldn’t see to make the drink. It didn’t have a separate base either.

Slippers on room were nice thing to have also with bathtub. Over the all, everything was nice.

Gluten free bread was old. We would expect better coffee for breakfast from this kind of hotel.

Lovely hotel, kept spotless, friendly staff, great food, lovely pool area, plenty of sunbeds, lovely roof top pool, spacious room overlooking pool, loads of storage space. Hotel is adults only so it is quiet during the day but it is so peaceful and relaxing, night time entertainment is a bit bland but plenty of bars nearby with live music. Very near to beach, bars and restaurants. Playa del Duque beach is gorgeous , we found it by accident on a walk one day but it's very nearby.

Loved everything, maybe just inform new guests about the different pools, sun decks, protocols for the buffets and general info about the area.

Superb

Really enjoy staying in this hotel. Staff was super friendly, room was cleaned every day, breakfast had a good variety of food. Swimming pools have a good size and not super busy. We had a late flight and can't book a late check out as room was booked for other guests but staff has offered us courtesy room where we could take the shower before the flight which was really nice. We also was able to use hotel beach towels for the last day (even after check out).

would be nice to have bottle of water / per person in the room provided every day or some drink water station / water fountains on the territory (we had a welcome bottle of water). It's not the issue but would be nice to have it.

Amazing hotel

It was a stunning building, really cool inside, had two pool one on the bottom level then one on the roof. By the pool on the bottom level there was a bar that served food and drink, then the dining area for food inside and there was a bar as well inside the building.

The hotel is perfect if you like a comfortable and tranquil base.The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you.The hotel has everything you need to relax in and if you want to go out at night it is so central to bars and restaurants.The food is fantastic both for breakfast and at the pool bar.Would highly recommend for a holiday.It is not a hotel for large groups it is perfect for a quite and relaxing break.

Very nice and quiet hotel

- great, quiet hotel - very friendly staff - clean room, direct access to the pool. With its own deck chairs and small terrace. - comfortable beds - nice pool, comfortable sun loungers - close to the sea and the center - Food was ok. Breakfast, salad and desserts were very tasty.

The main courses at dinner can be improved.
