Spacious and central

Well equiped spacious apartment with good free laundry facilities. Very friendly receptionist willing to let us see the apartment and try the hardness of the beds before paying!

Was great just a little farther than we thought from town but easy flat walk.

Good location for our purpose. Receptionist was professional and helpful.

Some kitchen crockery and utensils in the cupboards were dirty (badly cleaned). I can only think that these are neither checked nor washed in a dishwasher when apartments are serviced for new guests. With minimal investment they could improve the apartments greatly, for instance, replacing the Duralex-style crockery for IKEA basic range that could include big mugs. Small Duralex cups provided are not good for tea or hot chocolate. Also, although washing machines & dryers are located by the underground parking, there’s neither complimentary soap nor vending machine

Very good

Apartment had quite high standard and was located in modern, fancy building and nice neighborhood. Getting keys form the kiosk was rather easy (and super helpful since we were arriving in the middle of the night) plus we were given detailed instructions from the host.

No tea kettle in the room, narrow and shaky beds plus the apartment is 25 min walk from the city centre.

Excellent - if you are going for bike trip, very safe and secure.

Excellent bike storage, very safe (under 3 doors via card chip) and camera surveillance - paradise for cycling enthusiasts. Special zone for clothes washing and drying!

Unfortunately bed was terrible, every move on it made loud cracks and noise. Part of it was rubbing wall on every move too. It should be changed fully! TV antennas was not working even with scanning channels, so TV is useless. WiFi was good, but after logging in - it took you to harmful websites.

Access to the bike room, helpful staff, fairly quick check in

Bed was not comfortable (it had a mattress cover but it was smaller than the mattress itself), very basically equipped kitchen (no kettle!!), poor soundproofing in the building (you could hear sounds from the corridor as well as other floors), check-in machine would not encode the other key so we had to get help with that

We were very pleased with this modern apart-hotel. Clean and comfortable accommodation for one week.

A well designed apartment that makes efficient use of space. Spacious bathroom with good shower. Effective heating. Pleasant view over adjacent parkland. Quiet location.

Very few drawbacks. Coffee maker does not come as standard in the kitchen (but available on request).

I had a great stay, a bit more expensive than others but was worth it, i was comfortable

A big, clean and open room at a good position in the city. Like I wanted it had a kitchen fully equiped so i was able to cook my own food.

The matress was a bit uncomfortable and the trash didn`t have seperate cans to recycle inside the apartment

Nice, modern and quiet apartment with great bike storage room and car parking

A special bonus of this appartment was access to a locked video surveilled bike storage room - really useful if you are one of the many bike fanatics that come to Girona to enjoy the great road- and mountain bike opportunities this area has to offer. In addition there was a very nice underground parking lot that could be rented at a reasonable extra fee.

The beds are of good quality but they are hard. If you have problems with lower back pain, as I have, you might want to find another alternative. I suffered from a sore back for a couple of weeks after sleeping 12 nights at Els Quimics. Unfortunately for this reason I probably won't go back to this place even if it was situated very close to my family in the town and featured a great storage room for my expensive MTB. However I suspect that most people will find the beds to be OK. The kitchen is not well equipped - this could be improved with a very modest investment.

Great double glazed windows, they easily switch off external public noise. Special mention to Veronica for being an ACE staff. She's very professional and organised.

The bed needs a soft topper to resolve the issue of the seriously uncomfortable mattress. It's solid! The owners need to really consider this and think of those who have taken a long journey by car/train.

Convenient, pleasant, clean. Not in the tourist area but easy to get to it.

The apartment was in a nice residential area. This was very suitable for us as it was 2 minutes from our relatives. It is very near bus stops so easy to go to "the old town". The supermarket and nice bars minutes away.

Convenient, pleasant, handy.

Very helpful on reception, pleasant and friendly. The room clean - important at this time. It is not in the tourist area but suitable for our needs. Near enough (15 mins walk) to train station for travel. Nice park opposite.. Near a good supermarket and restaurants.

Bit of a walk to old town (tourist area) if going for a holiday yet advantage is supermarkets and restaurants cheaper here so worth the walk. Taxis reasonable too. Nice area. Good vibe.
