Staff delivered a first class service! The breakfast in the morning was superb, with fantastic quality & taste.
Overall spa area & rooms were kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
The facilities did slightly let the resort down, as we found that in the main pool a number of the buttons were either turned off or broken.
The room which we stayed in seemed to be experiencing a drain blockage issue - which left the room smelling of sewer (originating from the bathroom). This issue also affected the flushing of the toilet.

The receptionist was abrupt and poor customer service! So wasn’t a good impression nor once you would expect for a 4star hotel.
Advertised as a spa and retreat but playing dance music loud as soon as you enter in the sauna, steam room so not what I classify as relaxing. I have been to many spas and never had this experience. The following morning the music was much softer but unfortunately we were checking out so very disappointing for £210.
Had booked in for a mud ritual only to arrive punctual and be told running late and if we could wait in the spa area and the lady would come and get us. No one came and were left going back after 20mins to be left with no one at the desk. Eventually when we saw the girl who we had spoke to originally she said that she didn’t say that and was not apologetic but rude! Unbelievable no words appalling
