We so enjoyed the whole ambience of the hotel. All the staff were so welcoming, polite and attentive. Lovely cooked breakfast each morning, especially the waffles.
Floor space in the bathroom was a little cramped.

Great team, excellent service and lovely hotel!
8.0
Beautiful property in a wonderful quiet setting. The property is undergoing renovation, updates and overdue maintenance, how this did not affect our stay
Nothing to dislike. The gardens have suffered from several years of neglect which are being addressed. We look forward to returning to see how things are developing
10.0
Beautiful gardens and very quiet.
3.0
Beautiful building inside and out. Comfy room breakfast good.
Long story but the manager needs to treat guests more sensitively and fairly. Does he realise that we two people felt let down and we tell the other 5 in our party and additionally many others at the party we attended the night of our visit. Not a party at the hotel I should add,

Great location outside the busy London core but short bus to train station to give great access to the city
9.0
Stunning view outside the hotel, helpful staffing, clean and well organized!
6.0
Free parking, good location, clean room, comfy bed, good omelettes.
Sound of distant music all night which we ultimately identified as a failure to turn off the outside Muzak, sadly too late for sleep. No restraining catch on the window in room 24 so just swings and bangs in the wind and water pressure is very poor- took an age to shower let alone bath.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Had the pool to myself. Large car park. Easy walk to bus stops and to Richmond Park. Would happily stay again.
No complaints.

Good breakfast selection, rooms clean and comfortable
Breakfast was only warm not hot.

Beautiful surroundings. Near Richmond park. Noce atmosphere.
The room was fine but the bathroom was not very good. The wasbasin was tiny en to low and there was nog space for toiletries.

Lovely hotel, grounds and quiet

Beautiful building, and very tastefully decorated. The staff were so helpful. I was in very easy walking distance of Kingston and Richmond Park
There was no lift, and Id been put on the second floor. However, they did move my room to accommodate, and carried our luggage. I was sure the porice quoted was lower than booking.com, that what we were charged on arrival, but it included breakfast and the place did diserve it

Location and potential
Very tired and needs a freshen up
3.0
Convenient location
Unhelpful staff (they won't order you a taxi) and poor breakfast (cold 'hot' dishes, no glass of water when requested).
8.0
Room was compact but contained the necessary things. Tea and coffee was provided (though the teabag selection improved on day 2).
Staff were helpful e.g. allowing access to our room to my stepmother before her room was ready.
Breakfast was competent.
The property as a whole is very nice.
It was not always clear what the gluten free options were at breakfast.

The situation, grounds, house, food and level of service were all excellent
Some work being carried out on patio

The hotel is in a stunning location and the decor was warm and inviting.
We really enjoyed walking around the gardens, breakfast was wonderful
The staff were welcoming and gave us a complimentary slice of cake and hand written card to honour our wedding anniversary

Serene, Victorian property with little gardens to wander.
there were some refurbs but that was fine, it didn’t stop our room from being stunning and the gardens still nice. the refurbs are to add orangery so it’ll get better too.

A warm welcome from staff both at reception and the bar / restaurant. Lovely room with a personal welcome message.
Nothing!

the property itself looked really nice, the garden around the building and the view were amazing.
the location was a bit far from local facilities + I booked this hotel as it was the closest to my hospital as I had a surgery the following day. not having a lift was a disaster so I had to go back home right after surgery because this hotel was not suitable for my situation after surgery. on top of that, the hotel was super noisy (they had maintenance all day till 5.5 pm) + since the building is super old anyone passing through the corridor can wake you up and shake your bed in midnight. I called reception and I was put on hold forever so I had to listen to the white noise to sleep (was not successful). overall, wont be going there for my other surgeries or visits for sure as its not even close to other hotels in London with the same price. the only reason I went there was the location and overall, not at all happy since I didnot sleep at all and went for surgery with fatigue.

Hotel is dated but pleasant
After check in we went to our room and noticed an item of underwear on bedroom floor. Reported to young lady on reception. She blamed previous guests, instead of hotel cleaning staff. She picked up the underwear, said sorry and left room.
Not a very welcoming sight to arrive to. Fealt that the apology could have been more sincere and perhaps compensate us with some little gesture.

Lovely building. Nice big room and friendly staff. Large grounds to walk around and plenty of parking.
The bed was two single beds and although that is common it was really obvious. We booked a taxi at reception which took 30 mins - best to advise to get an uber if that's common

Really can’t say enough good about this hotel! It was an excellent stay for our family of 7. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, beds were so comfortable, staff was very kind and helpful, grounds are beautiful. We stayed here a night, then a night in London, and then back to the Warren House. It was so perfect that we were able to go back to our same three rooms. We were able to leave our large van there while we took taxis into London. It felt very secure to leave our vehicle there. We absolutely loved our stay here and would return just to enjoy this property again. Dinner was delicious but quite pricey.
Everything was perfect.

Stunning!! The building and the grounds are breathtaking. It’s still got a period feel to it but the bedrooms are up to date and modern.
Just a slight shame the outside beer garden is closed due to refurb work. The weather was beautiful and I’d have loved to have been able to sit in the amazing scenery in the sun.

Beautiful place. Stunning private gardens. Quiet and peaceful for London.
