Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Haben auf Anfrage ein hochwertiges Zimmer ohne anstand erhalten. Danke dafür.

Plads til forbedring

Beliggenhed var super. Morgenmad god. At vi kunne nyde aftensolen på terrassen/svalegangen.

Vi havde 2 værelser som var overdrevet varme. Det føles som om der var gulvvarme tændt på badeværelset, selv om der ikke var gulvvarme. Personalet og andre gæster røg lige under vores værelse (118) som gik lige ind i vores rum. En ret dårlig ide, måske der kunne findes et andet sted at ryge. Da vi ankom måtte vi gang med at fjerne edderkopper i hjørnerne. Værelserne trænger til at blive renoveret. Da vi tjekkede ud, ville jeg have påtalt ovenstående, men damen i receptionen havde mere travlt med at snakke med en anden og det lykkedes mig ikke at få øjenkontakt og opgav derfor.

Der Eingang von der Terasse.war komisch, so konnte man nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, da dies das einzige Fenster ist.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen,das Hotel noch einmal zu besuchen, da es sehr verkehrsgünstig liegt.

Zimmer sehr gut, gemütlich und warm, Frühstück ausreichend, Brötchen waren besonders lecker. Essenauswahl für HP war toll.

Wege zu den Zimmern ausserhalb Hotel schlecht, bessere Beleuchtung für Wege und Treppen. Treppe zu den Zimmern bei Nässe und Schnee sehr rutschig.

Hotel Königslinie

Das Doppelzimmer war ein Wohnpark mit Holzhütten, das Zimmer war sehr eng und klein. Das Bad war so beengt, man konnte sich kaum drehen. Um 15 Uhr waren die Zimmer mehrmals noch nicht gemacht. Die Betten waren doch sehr durchgelegen, für Leute mit Rückenproblemen nicht zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut. Wir werden wohl nicht mehr da buchen.

I will not stay there anymore

Staff in restaurant very nice

First of all ,the room they provided was completely different then I picked on booking also someone was there checked in already before we arrived,at 11 pm we had to sorted this ,on arrival we are waited 15 minutes for staff at checking and next morning to find out that they have right information about our stay as I got message that we are just about to check out ,but we had one more night

This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel and I was there on business but it met my needs.

The room was clean and the staff helpful. I enjoyed the evening meal.

Initially shocked at the false picture the hotel creates of its rooms and location.

The breakfast was fine.

The room was completely different to the pictures. It is claimed that it is a double room with a balcony. This is not the case. It is a walkway used to enter rooms shared with the entire floor. This is false advertising and is fraud.

The location was great. The food was fantastic. The staff was very kind and professional. It is a perfect place for road trip overnight stay.

The room was too hot to sleep. But that is also down to personal preference.

(almost) perfect stay near ferry lines

amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, very close to FRS lines ferry (just 4 km).

at 9pm, there was nothing left to eat, except fries. the restaurant closed at 10pm. this mean i had to race to fhe city and catch the last doner joint available.

Wonderful rooms with an amazing view of the sea.

The room had a private sauna even though that wasn't mentioned by the hotel. I ordered a bouquet of roses for my wife and they were beautiful (all organized by the hotel). The balcony had a beach box seat and the view was amazing.

The breakfast room needs to be aired out more in the morning. We basically had to eat outside because of this. The toilet in room 308 needs to be fixed as sometimes it doesn't flush (a button is stuck). My wife and i hit our heads getting up from the toilet at different times because there is an awkwardly angled ceiling with a sharp edge. They sell tissues from the vending machine (comes across as cheap). The beach isn't a bathing beach and that should be made more clear.

Autumn period. We arrived late in the evening. The window in the room was open. Heating is off. Cold. The room did not warm up until morning. It was not comfortable.

Exceptional

clean and spacious rooms, good location when you arrive with the ferry in sassnitz at night, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

it was very hot and a fan in the room would have been nice. close to the road, not noisy but you can hear cars passing by
