Stunning chateau stay
Such a stunning chateau in beautiful grounds. The pond and sculptures are stunning. We were upgraded to a suite which was a real treat. Dinner in the restaurant was a gourmet experience - Valentine theme made it even more special. Expensive, but well worth it. Breakfast the next morning was excellent.
Nothing!

Lovely but too expensive for what you get and don’t expect to fill your belly in their restaurant
What a shame, we’ve stayed here before some years ago and all was good. This time they were slightly lacking in as much as our room was very cold and even though we turned our radiator up to max the radiator remained Luke warm. There was only one bottle of beer in the fridge and a bottle of local Champaign but the price was too high. We also ate in their adjacent restaurant where I have to say has quite a formal feeling though with very well trained staff. The food although very nice was a taster menu and again, very expensive. If your looking for a fuller meal, this isn’t it. We did eventually get a discount off our room but only after some bartering which I was surprised I should have had to have done. We would stay again? Maybe not, but don’t let this put you off. This a lovely place to stay if you like the traditional French Chateau with fine dining though at a price.
Cold room and taster/ fine dining restaurant + just a bit too expensive for what you get.

Poor
The bed was fine and a bathroom was big.
Don't worth the money that you pay. It is not a castle, but a few separate buildings and 1 little tower with no acess, i was dissappointed because expected something impressive, but you feel more like in a garden with few buildings, which not even look like a castle. Location is in a somber little village in the middle of nowhere, gives you outback feeling. I booked a privelege room hoping of intersting design, but it was quite standard. Spa is not included, and not worth the price at all, in the winter there are only 2 little saunas and 1 jacuzzi, and this for 30 euro and just for 1 hour, and fully booked too. There are some swimming pools outside, maybe in the summer it could be better. The stuff is not thoughtfull and quite unhelpfull. I mentioned that i rent the room specially for the birthday of my husband, and this fact didn't intrested them at all - they only put flowers in the room which i ordered and pre-payd, but we got no even a little compliment or some thoughtfull little gift from a hotel itself. No welcome drink - nothing! And this for 330 euro per nite! For example last year in the another different hotel we got a welcome drink and a little cake with candle unexpected, it was just a kindness of a stuff who knew that the guest has a birthday. Which in this hotel was not at all. I would not recommend for anyone, sure not for special events.
