Non conforme alla descrizione, no parking privato e il bagno scandaloso

Era pulito e ordinato.

Sinceramente ci sono rimasto male. Nell'annuncio mettono parking privato e invece bisogna parcheggiare lungo la strada nella zona residenziale, al mio arrivo mi hanno farto il favore "insistendo" di lasxiarmi il loro posto. Ultimo giorno sono rimasto senza parcheggio, certo a 200 metri o meno si teova ma comunque io personalmente con tutta l'attrazione e soprattutto avendo prenotato un servizio credendo di averlo a disposizione invece no. Altra cosa secondo me imperdonabile il bagno, la vasca senza teño per la doccia. Ti fai la doccia annacquando tutto il bagno. La cosa peggiore, il bagno schiuma, per un posto cosi e quasi 60 euro al giorno (in un paese dove non ce nulla) quanto costa mettere dei doccia shampo e dei prodotti basici? Arrivi da un lungo viaggio enti devi docciare con il sapone delle mani, per me inaudito. In ultimo il frigo bar, minuscolo di quelli cinesi che neanche raffreddano. Fate attenzione e diffidate dei posti dove non danno l'opzione di cancellazione. Non capisco il perché di questo voto alto quando per 10 euro in piu dentro al chianti si trovano cose moooolto meglio e con cose interessanti intorno. Sintrova di meglio, se viaggiate per lavoro non ve lo consiglio. Mio consiglio, investite due soldi e fate stare comode le persone, non siate tirchi e ingordi!! Un frigo bar in condizione, degli shampoo e scrivere "parking gratis nelle vicinanze" sarebbe ña cosa più corretta.

Per una notte ok

Il letto era comodo, il balcone che dava sul giardinetto, la camera era indipendente dal resto della struttura, l'accoglienza. Per dormire una notte se si è di passaggio va bene.

La colazione è una postazione con merendine industriali e una macchina del caffè all'interno della stanza stessa. Il frigo non funzionava, mancavano i tovaglioli, nessun succo o latte. Non c'è la tenda nella vasca quindi quando uno si fa la doccia si allaga il bagno. Tantissimo rumore (auto garage gente che urlava) proveniente dalla casa di fianco.

Beautiful bed and breakfast type apartment

Good bed and breakfest type of place (not a hotel!). Breakfast (pastries, crunchy toast bread, jams, coffee, tea and some other) included in price. Good bed, clean and modern one room apartment. Restaurants open until late hours in a walking distance. Staff is very communicative (in Italian only)

Getting in may not be so obvious. Fortunately owner is very resposive on booking.com messages, so after couple of minutes trying to figure out how to get inside owner walked out and let us in. There is street parking only and it may happen that one needs to look further down the street to find available spots.

There was nothing to like about the property, it was a one of the strange experiences. The property was also difficult to locate as the address on the google maps points to a completely different location.

Location, Breakfast, Bed, Bathroom. Of course expecting a breakfast for 46 euros is not right, but then they should have clearly mentioned how low quality breakfast they offer, not simply offer some cookies and sweets.

Good for short stay

Cute,, clean and well maintained apartment in a small village. It was a good place to stay for 2 nights and visit Florence.

Shower head was broken and the breakfast was minimal but that's Italian. Google maps directs to a different location. Contact the property beforehand to ask where to park, because the roads are steep.

Exceptional

Very nice hosts, with clean bedroom and a nice, spacious bathroom and a spot to chill on the outside. Despite not having a lot of public transport choices, that gave us the chance to also know Impruneta a little bit more, which we enjoyed greatly.

Superb

Nice hosts, great patio and bathroom. We had coffee machine in the room, and Coop was nearby. Excellent for a stop on a roadtrip through Italy.

Apartment for one night OK.

Very clean and comfortable room. Beautiful bathroom. A few meters from the apartment many parking spaces...

The room was very nice and warm when we arrived but the next morning was cold. It was impossible to fill the bath, after a rain in Florence it would do well. And breakfast was terrible... Wrapped toast bread, crackers and jam... And a little sweetness. In addition, two milk and juice in a box 🙈 I would like to know if the family in the morning after waking up enough biscuits and bread with a jam... Coffee saved it.
