Lovely visit.

Well located and a very friendly staff. While the room was a little small, we lived the balcony which provided extra space. Big bathroom was very good. The Sky Bar was fantastic. Breakfast every morning was very well done and constantly refreshed. Helpful and attentive staff. Always with a smile. We will recommend your hitel to friends in the US.

It would be nice to have a bottle of complimentary water for each guest everyday in the room.

What a lovely little area....we enjoyed walking around and had a wonderful dinner right in the center of activity! Perfect weather and the place was extremely nice. Our room felt large, the location was ideal and the views from the rooftop, oh my! Mt. Etna in all of her glory.

Lovely hotel, in the city center

The hotel is placed in the city center, yet it is a quiet location. You may reach the central piazza in 2 minutes. We had a large room and terrace, with a lovely view over the main square and a glimpse of Etna. Very well trained staff, nice and polite at every interaction. Valet parking is available and it helps a lot in Taormina. Has a sky bar with various cocktails, wines etc

The terrace was large enough to accommodate 2 sun beds or maybe outdoor armchairs. The view is so nice, you could enjoy a few hours having a drink there.

Romantic getaway with an excellent attention

Warm and kind behaviour upon the check in with a lovely lady from reception is giving you a vacation mood in a second, following the breathtaking terrace - is a goal. Just in the center of an old town, surrounded by thousand bars, restaurants and view points. Sunset aperetive on the terrace is must! We stayed in renovated room so is was just as you expect it, even with a slippers inside! Breakfast is amazing, if you stay in April or may try authentic nespola fruit - blows away! Guess almost all of the rooms has an etna view)

There is no sound isolation in the rooms, so if you will have noisy French neighbour there is nothing you can do))

The location, breakfast & staff service. Special thanks to Dario for his excellent service. The second room we were moved to was wonderful! The rooftop bar, which doubles as the breakfast bar, has a great view!

The first room we were given was small, smelly and very old. Not like the modern images on Booking.

Taormina was a beautiful place and will definitely return one day

the hotel was perfect location for getting around Taormina. was very clean and the staff were very friendly. we really like the Outside terrace area that had wonderful views. Breakfast was very good and had a great variety of things

The staff was wonderful, but we suggest a room on the upper floors for a view.

The staff was very warm and friendly. The view from the upper level of the hotel was lovely.

Our room was down 2 levels and at the end of a tiny hall where housekeeping staff worked. The room was barely big enough for the bed. We had to walk up stairs to go to the bathroom. I was afraid I was going to fall in the middle of the night. The exterior door had to be lifted in order to open. We had to keep a towel at the door because rainwater was coming under the door into the room. The “sea view” was barely there as we search over rooftops and through the trees.

The location was great, the view was amazing, and the customer service was very good.

When we came up for dinner at the restaurant, there was no staff there. We waited a few minutes, then ate somewhere else. Tuesday night, so it was slow- maybe caught them while in the kitchen.

Great location for the main street and restaurants. Great views from the roof top bar of both the coastline and Mount Etna Breakfast is very good and includes lovely Sicilian cakes and "fill it yourself" Cannoli.

Exceptional

The view across Taormina to the sea, with Mt Etna to the right, was incredible. We loved having drinks on the terrace at sunset, and the lovely breakfast each morning , and the staff were so warm and helpful.

Superb

Comfortable and clean room with a nice garden view. A wide variety of breakfasts served on the terrace with a view of Mount Etna and the ocean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with a walking distance to all of the important spots. Really enjoyed my stay.

I could not tell if they were guests of a nearby hotel or the same hotel, but I could hear loud music and noises all night.

Amazing views and atmosphere with even more wonderful staff!!

Lovely property in excellent location. Comfortable rooms with plenty of space and nice balcony/patio. Rooftop restaurant boasted excellent views and even better food. Staff was exceptional and extremely dog friendly, which was greatly appreciated! An absolutely wonderful stay!!
