O colchão muito, mas muito macio mesmo. Acho que já pode ser trocado.
O ar condicionado não funcionou adequadamente.

nice location
no water available had to walk to shop, not to far though. also very cold at night and only had a sheet no blanket option. I understand it’s hot but personally my body temp drops when sleeping. no restaurant to eat at night had to go out.

Location, room with beautiful sea view, quiet among the Dune Nature Park, breakfast buffet, close to walks, wonderful beaches and seaside.

Very good value for money, nice and clean; shower pressure was superb and water well heated. Great location and flexible with check in times and had the option of a courtesy room.

It was an unforgettable holiday in Formentera. I am so glad I chose Lago Playa. This is the first time I have holidayed in Formentera. I have only been to Formentera once before for a short visit.
The breakfast at the hotel was simple and tasty, and I also had a large breakfast with a variety of fruit. It is possible to order pizza for lunch, and there is also a restaurant in another hotel nearby where I had lunch.
There is a bar right by the seafront, but I didn't visit it, so I can't say anything else about it.
There is a small shop near the hotel where you can buy water or ice-cream, or even beach supplies. The place is quiet and peaceful. There is a swimming pool. There is no sandy beach right next to the hotel, so I always went to Platja de Llevant. It's a beautiful beach. Apart from this one, I've relaxed on other beaches by taking a scooter to them.
The hotel room was small but cosy. The air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, there was no view out of the window, but I didn't really need it, as I was only staying in the room for the night, and during the day I travelled around the island on a bike and scooter rented on the hotel grounds. The room was cleaned every day. The staff are very nice, thank you very much. This is a place I will definitely return to, because the views in Formentera are simply fabulous.

The bacon on the breakfast is uneatable.

Location is next to the bus stop, 50 metres from beach. Basic hotel but relatively cheap for Formentera. Clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. Breakfast provided.
My room was in Lago Playa II, which meant walking across the carpark to the main building for breakfast or the front desk.

The breakfast had a large variety of food (cold and hot) which was great. The room size was perfect, and the location for Illetes beach and Llevant was great!! There was a mini market nearby so very handy for snacks etc.
One of the receptionists was amazing and very helpful while another one was not as friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I have a bad back and the bed had too soft a mattress for me.

Nice pool and good breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
No blankets on the beds other than a sheet. A bit far from main centers.

great location, good breakfast with lots of variety, staff were very friendly, and pool area was comfortable
the rooms were outdated, it seemed like some work had been done to ours but it hadn’t been cleaned up properly so was dusty.
also, other guests coming down the hallway screaming and shouting and 4am was a bit too much but not the properties fault.

Amazing breakfast and very nice staff
it’s a bit far from the center, if you are not with a scooter or car it can be a disadvantage

the area was lovely, very close to coastpath walks to the pretty beaches of formentera, the room was very nice, nice sea view (sunrise), nice pool area, nice buffet breakfast
There was only a limited offer of food day/evening; just crisps and frozen pizzas, and the walk to the nearest shop was 20mins along a main road with no pavement; would be OK with a hire car or moped!

Beach hopping and sailing was the reason I went to Formentera. Playa Lagos is a sturdy island hotel. If you’re looking for a posh stay- this is not for you.
It’s a walking distance to several named beaches. Nearest is 2 min away.
Island temperature was 22-28 (July) so I kept the aircon at the lowest. There’s a ceiling fan too. My room has a balcony with a distant view of the sea and the sunset with plastic tables and chairs & a rail to hang wet clothes.
Shower (good jet) and a short bath, I’m 5’4 so I still used it to soak after a day of cycling. The bed is very comfy . The tv is a bit aged but didn’t use. A small fridge is good to store my ice cubes and cava. Breakfast is good for me because there’s bacon (fatty American ones) and eggs; numerous healthy choices also available. Breakfast starts at 8 which people are complaining about. It will be a problem if you’re an early start type of traveller. There’s a bar where I order pitchers of sangria (cava or tinto). There’s a pool that I didn’t use.
The girls are super lovely and helpful- we communicate and had a good chat by google translate!!
I used an electric bike as transport!! Ask the girls to organise delivery to the hotel.
This hotel is best value for money and very clean. When you book make sure you’re allocated to this playa 1 building . I think the negative comments stem from those who stayed on their adjacent property. There are 2 adjacent hotels that are far more expensive. I ncluded photos of the beaches and the view of the hotel from the beach.
Just remove the tv. Oh there’s no IRON!! That’s a big thing for me.
And the phone was not working.

Location near the beaches, Breakfast perfect. the Staffs are excellent, friendly and helping the clients with pleasure. The Hotel is generally really clean
To reach the Hotel in this Island you should take the taxi or Bike, since with the Bus takes time.

Excellent location a couple of km from Es Pujols and Ses Illetes. Staff was very friendly.
It shows its age. Soundproof is poor. Whilst breakfast buffet had a fair selection of options, the hygiene in the age of COVID should have been better (e.g. staff to hand spoons and forks rather than everyone picking up from the basket, same for cups, glasses and plates).

The breakfast and the room are big, clean with a nice balcony
Nothing, all it was ok, the breakfast was amazing full of good food.
4.4 / 5.0
Nice, clean and renewed rooms.
The pool (even though we didn’t use it) looked super nice.
Right next to Ses Illetes natural reserve, so very good location.
Free parking.
Breakfast was basic but nice.
If you want to stay next to restaurants and bars it might not be your place.
However, very quiet and, by motorbike/car, very close to other places!
We were supposed to be given a double bed, but we got two instead

The newer side of the hotel/hostel is completely different
The HUGE difference between what was sold as a hotel, but then made you stay in a hostel.... but this was then understood by staff. And put stay was great. But if we would have has to stay in the hostel.... it would have been A VERY unhappy stay
