Great location with plenty of parking.

Lots of loud street noise in the rooms along the street. Furniture outdated and soulless. Double bed is 160cm wide only. I left a expensive Philips toothbrush which was unfortunately never found or returned to me.

The apartment was really nice and cozy, loved the big windows, and the blinds even more for privacy, it had a really great view. The free parking right outside the appartment, was highly appreciated. The location was PERFECT, right next to the lake completly filled with swans, and in the center of Kolding. It was a really quick walk to get to the resturents and cafe's. I would definitely come back again.

Hard to say anything bad, these are minor things, that didn't affect my thoughts of the place. GENERAL: Rooms were great, a little to big though, we were 2 and had 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. which seems a bit overkill. BATHROOM: The shampoos was very generic, without any perfume and almost empty, not something I would expect for such a nice place. BEDROOM The bedroom we slept in had separate beds pulled together instead of a single double bed, it was a little uncomfortable due to the space in the middle.

A lovely location on the lakeside, with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

The bedding options could have been better. The duvet was really thick and on the first night, it was too warm to be covered by it, but too cold to sleep without it.

Our appartement was right next to the parking space so it was quite noisy, also you could hear your neighbours upstairs. The amenities (shower gel, liquid dishwasher) were almost empty so I guess having a check for a refill won't hurt.

Great location, which is why we have stayed there on several occasions before

very noisy at night until past midnight (no one picks up emergency phone call), beds are way to soft and small for anyone over 6ft. microwave placed over sink is awkward and makes it impossible to get proper access to sink. we found several used face masks under beds and in kitchen drawer. a few knives also still had peanut butter/Nutella and other stuff on them. toilet had poo up the sides and hadn’t been cleaned properly. hopefully all of the above was a one-off but sadly when travelling with children it’s hard when there is noise until 1am.. kids were wrecked in the morning. we would probably book elsewhere next time as better value can be had at other properties

the location is beautiful at the side of the lake. The apartments are very light and airy and have everything you need.

we liked it all

Check in was a breeze. The receptionist was attentive and friendly. The apartment was sparse, clean and have all the necessities like kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances and such.

Our room was street facing, at the very end of a shabby run down looking building (building L) as compared to the rest of the other apartments and it was hard sleep with all the noise from the road and pedestrians. Walls are paper thin and we can hear conversation from the neighbouring room and i dont think they were being loud. Also during our stay, our upstairs neighbours was dragging the chairs back and forth which kept us awake. 😭
