Good location. Good facilities. Comfortable room and bed. The place is clean and has what is required for a nice stay.
Upon arrival I discovered that even if entitled to not to pay taxes, my stay ended up costing me 19% more. The receptionist, Elkin Betancourt was not only not willing to listen but he was also uncourteous and argumentative. They were requesting an immigration stamp on my passport. Unfortunately, putting a stamp on a passport is a practice that tends to discontinue not only in Colombia but all over the world. This hotel will have to update their procedure to avoid this to happen.

It is clean, the staff is very friendly, good breakfast, and the location is great.
There was one door that wasn't working properly.

Poor breakfast selection health wise. Large use of plastic for hot items like water meant it had an off taste.
The wifi was beyond terrible. Although we could connect to it after troubleshooting it, we were never able to get a signal strong enough to load a website or even send emails. This is totally unacceptable at this time in age. We had to pay for the whole stay upfront and it was non-refundable or else we would have left after the first night. The windows are thin and there is a lot of road traffic noise late into the night and starting very early in the morning making sleeping difficult. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels.

A tad noisy being close to the front desk. We have stayed here before and truly appreciate the property. I would highly recommend it.

The location is perfect, right next to the mall and supermarket, and the apartments are big and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.
It takes time for the hot water to come out and there is low hot water pressure. Kitchen appliances need to be upgraded.

Breakfast each day was excellent. The staff were wonderful.
some of the windows did not close/seal correctly. It was also difficult to find the facility.

The place is fantastic, this is the 3rd time we stay here before leaving or after moving to Bogotá. The only thing is that the rooms are pretty outdated and they havent changed for example the carpets on the hallways in decades. But still, the setting of the place, the surrounding yards, all the facilities and the convenient location are great.

The location and price were excellent. The breakfast was good but the same every day which gets boring during a long stay. The room was very clean and great for a prolonged stay. Kitchen well supplied, good appliances.
Maintenance. The water heater did not work, the rain shower head was broken and water came out of the sides. Both things were fixed in a day or two. The wifi did not work, we were told it was because of weather. We borrowed a router from friends and it worked perfectly. The issue was their router but they did nothing to check it. I know the price was low and I did not expect great amenities but I do expect good maintenance of what they offer,
