Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'hotel siccome molto vicino al centro, sono rimasta soddisfatta della stanza che mi è stata assegnata, con due balconi era molto piacevole la vista, al terzo piano si vedeva un bel panorama

Cleanliness,great bathroom,exceptionally friendly staff who booked us a taxi for early morning.Positioned very close to the beach, and a 15-minute walk into the town centre.
It really is good value for money,so there is nothing I found wrong with the hotel itself

Location was perfect:
- approx. 8 minutes walk to Sfera Grande di A. Pomodoro (and great ice creams nearby :) );
- approx. 20 minutes walk to Pesaro Centrale (train station);
- approx. 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach (private but fully accessible, only if you need to have sun umbrella and sunbed, you have to pay for it);
- approx. 20 minutes walk by the seashore to the nearest public beach (spaggia libera) ;
- approx. 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store (Viale Giovanni Amendola).
- approx. 15 minutes walk to the city center (Piazza Del Popolo).
Room was:
- very tidy and clean;
- equipped with wide two person comfortable bed, TV set, tiny refrigerator, private bathroom, air conditioning, chair, table and two mirrors :)
- fast and stable WiF connectioni;
- at the top floor (it was really hot at the evening , but air conditioning worked perfectly);
- with enormous terrace (with fantastic view on the city center, sea and nearby hills).
Staff was:
- really helpful, kind and always with the smile on the face;
- english speaking (there was no problem to understand eachother).
Breakfast was:
- included in the price of stay;
- fresh and very tasty (especially coffee :)) )
- typical for South Europe countries (based on rather sweet pastries e.g. croissants, cakes, and pies - there was plenty of these, each day different kinds);
- without any veggies but fortunately with some fruits (apples, kiwis and oranges)
- with cheese, boiled eggs and three kinds of ham to be chosen;
- with variety of jams (with honey and Nutella's style cream included);
- with unlimited juices (two kinds).
I honestly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a fantastic time in Pesaro. The price, in comparison to comfort, tidiness of the hotel and professionalism of the staff, is really well balanced. However, the main advantage of this hotel is location. You are able to reach the most important places in 20 minutes walk (e.g. public beach, city center, restaurants).
Nothing to complain.

Next to the beach, very very friendly staff. Parking on site.
Room 116 on the ground floor- no shelves or hooks in the bathroom ! ( no possibility to hang or put your bathroom things), no chair or table in the room, just a bed and a wardrobe, no pictures on the wall, strange! Felt like in prison. No facilities to hang wet clothes on the mini balcony ( 1x2 Meter). Though COVID 19 the breakfast was a buffet and everybody made self serve- terrible!! We will not come back to this place.
