Increible que pido una habitación con bañera y una doble, al llegar al lugar tienen mi habitación, que al hacer el checkin online elijo una de las q me muestra el sistema al filtrar por mis necesidades... Y al entrar a la hab, no tiene el tapon ni el boton para cambiar de ducha a bañera.... Aviso, y la respuesta es... No tengo tapones, porq en las demas hab está encadenado... Vale, primero, porq sale esta hab en mi filtro? Tiene una bañera? Si, pero no se puede usar en condiciones, y segundo, no tener un plan B en caso de este imprevisto, en un hotel como éste? Me parece q es de dar un poco de vergüenza

Hôtel avenant malgré son emplacement

Nous connaissions déjà l'hôtel. C'est vrai que l'emplacement est moyen car le quartier craint un peu, mais l'hôtel est bien, son parking est surveillé, le personnel est aimable. Seul bar du quartier "Los Chichos Bar" oú 2 femmes super chouettes (belle-mère et bru) qui travaillent 7 jours sur 7. Allez-y !!!! Conocíamos el hotel. El barrio es muy feo y con mala fama pero el hotel está muy bien, su parking vigilado, el personal es muy amable. Único bar del barrio "Chichos Bar" donde trabajan 2 mujeres estupendas (suegra y nuera) que trabajan todos los días. Tenéis que ir !!!!

La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait presque pas, chambre trop chaude très difficile pour dormir correctement (et pour la chambre de nos amis pareillement). Le pire dans tout cela ? Aucune solution donnée sauf changer de chambre... El aire acondicionado que.no funcionaba bien, habitación muy calurosa muy difícil para dormir bien (y la habitación de nuestros amigos igualmente). Lo peor de todo es que no tienen solución menos cambiarte de habitación....

Amazing hotel in Cartagena

If you're planning a trip to Cartagena and looking for a hotel with exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food, look no further than this amazing hotel. As a recent guest, I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The staff, led by Dana and Amparo, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. And the food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I was so impressed with my experience at this hotel that I'm already planning a return trip to Cartagena, and of course, I'll be staying at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Cartagena. Excellent value for money; you're getting really pampered for a three star hotel.

Perfect for a few days' stay and excellent value for money. Spacious room (for the price), with all amenities from Krups coffee maker to powerful blowdryer, minibar, large smart TV. Comfortable (and bouncy) bed, silent air-conditioning and nicely soundproofed. The staff was pleasant, helpful and polite as well. Location is 20-30 minutes walk from the city center, which for us was a plus.

While the mattress was very good, the pillows were mediocre. Honestly, it was the only detail we weren't impressed with.

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel and it never disappoints us.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty to select and hot food freshly cooked to order. The location is very good for the historic part of town. Staff very pleasant.

Convenient location to walk into the city, clean and bright hotel.

It was next to a very decent supermarket. There were good toiletries and very good air conditioning. Comfortable bed. It was clean and staff came daily to service the room.

The fabric of the room was starting to show wear and tear. Architrave etc peeling and a leak on the bathroom ceiling.

Suited our purpose well. Good price for a 4 star city hotel as long as you have a car.

Comfortable bedroom. Lighting in the bathroom could have been better but otherwise very nice.

The breakfast staff need to clear tables quicker. Also 8.00am start for breakfast at weekend too late if you have to travel any distance or indeed go to work.
