The hotel was luxurious. The staff took pride in all of the little details. They were very attentive. It was good for the families as well couples in our group. It felt as if we had the place to our selves.
5.0
The staff were so attentive and kind. We will miss seeing their smiling faces each day. The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool was perfect on a hot day and beautiful seating area with a restroom and shower nearby.

Well maintained and clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were very friendly and always helpful in all aspects. Good breakfast, with several choices a la carte. A beautiful property, really enjoyed the pool after a hot and busy day! Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

great service, spacious and beautiful rooms
the location is a bit far but not too bad

Such a gorgeous hotel with wonderful helpful staff.
A little out of the way but they had a great Tuk Tuk driver who was always on hand to get you into town.

staff was excellent!
pool was cold
3.5
Good stay, good service, friendly staff spotless rooms. I loved the attention to details in the physical space, which was well maintained.
Something to improve is the level of english for some waiting staff. I think a trainee setting could work, with a senior staff member overseeing service. Food and beverage was reasonable, but price quality ratio was off. Hotel has the potential to become excellent if FnB and staff training are improved.
4.5
Gorgeous rooms, an oasis after a busy day, friendly staff
Did all of our trips to Angkor wat & floating market with the hotel and they were fantastic
Could have been a little more variety at breakfast
4.5
An execellent small hotel with a very clean, though small, pool. The room was very big, modern, very clean with all the amenities. Comfy bed, a great view of the pool and a big bathroom. The hotel offers free tuk tuk service to town every afternoon/evening which is really convenient.
The breakfast is a bit poor and the coffee unfortunately undrinkable. The staff is very helpful and kind but mostly does not speak english and if you want to communicate sometimes even for basic stuff , it is very challenging. The management should really hire staff that speaks English at least for the reception and breakfast. They can't expect people to communicate with just the one -two people who speak some english and have clients look fer them in order for them to translate what we want.
4.5
comfortable room
good wifi
bathroom is old and shower is makes a mess of bathroom floor after showering. does not drain properly
4.5
The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the pool was a real bonus. our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff, especially Jeff and Bellix went above and beyond to anticipate or meet our every need. They really tipped the scale in making this an outstanding stay. if you stay here, not to be missed is The Muffin Man restaurant and bakery a few doors away. Coffee, sandwiches, cheesecake and everything delicious.
The property is a 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist district but this was not necessarily a negative for us. it was peaceful to be out of the fray and we did not find the wall cumbersome. the hotel also offered free Tuk Tuk arrive to the center.

really big rooms, decorated beautifully. staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff at all levels of management was extremely friendly, which was lovely. They did their best to be very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful design. The rooms are pleasant, with a lovely view from the balcony. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower was really nice.
They lacked some key information such as how to get a shared minivan to/from Phnom Penh; when I asked the first time, they kindly offered to arrange a private driver, and the second time only to their partner company (each much more expensive than other widely available options, i later found out on my own). (Btw, the private driver was amazing, i just would have preferred to have gotten info about the alternative so i could choose). One evening they assured me they could pack a breakfast before an early tour, but in the morning they did not actually do it. The free tuk tuk service advertised will exclusively take you to the old market in town but nowhere else, so it wasn't as helpful as I had hoped and I just used Grab instead. The door of the closet in my room was broken and never fixed, even though I mentioned it twice.

spacious room and comfy bed, good shower.
the tv didn’t work, the WiFi was slow and there were only 2 coat hangers.

It’s a beautiful looking hotel. the room was spacious and it was clean
the surrounding area was not ideal for walking around to restaurants etc.
the restaurant at the bar was closed on the second evening

Nice hotel, beautiful big room, free tuk tuk service in the evening to the city center
Pool is in the shade most op the day, breakfast is minimal

All facilities were wonderful and the staff was excellent.
Nothing.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. It's 10min by tuk tuk (2 USD) from the city centre which is a good thing. Siem Reap is rather ugly so being little bit further away is a good idea. Restaurant staff was really nice - guy working there had excellent English and offered excellent customer service. He should be working at Reception imo
I never thought I'll be complaining about swimming pool water temperature but it was waaaay to cold. It just wasn't pleasant.

So clean and the staff were always exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Clean and comfortable rooms
A Hotel should be more than a "clean Room". Take a photo of the minibar on arrival, cause they try to charge you things you did not have at check-out. There is no Bar - you only get something to drink in a "canteen". They serve only Instant-Coffee, Beer is only available in cans. Bad Value-for-Money-Ratio.
4.5
nice setup, only issue was that internet was at first not working and then fairly slow
internet was poor

The staff was awesome! Breakfast also, if they have a lot of rooms booked you get buffet, otherwise it's a la carte. Both options were very good! The room was real clean, everyday cleaned an really big like on the pictures. They don't want to sell you tours, like normally everywhere. No scam! Been to siem a lot of times, this was one of the best hotels I've been here. You can walk to the old market in about 12 minutes, so no problem (don't understand the other recommendations). By Remarque it's maybe 3-4 minutes. Only at the pool you don't have a lot of sun the whole day, but it was clean and comfy! So all together.... Book this hotel if you want a real careless stay!!
No, everything fine!

Hotel can provide with a lot of services - from massage to Angkor Wat sightseeing. We chose the English speaking guide and tuk-tuk to see 3 temples in a one day trip - great experience and good value for money!
Everything was great! We were provided with the room upgrade - so the hotel staff is very ready to help and even do more if possible)

Nice looking clean residence with lovely atmosphere and amazing staff! High level of hygiene and service! Comfortable spacious beds. Locality also good, just a few minutes ride from centre (pub street for example). Pretty good list of trips they arrange as well. Quite huge breakfast menu, that covered our needs 🙂
Really there wasn't anything we didn't like, considering they have re-open after covid didn't have full capacity for dealing with huge variety food for dinners for example, there was no problem to eat elsewhere or to have food delivered and served in hotel, staff is lovely and helpfull with everything they see in your eyes 🤗
4.5
Modern and clean, great cocktails, big room, good breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere.
Laundry services quite expensive and poor quality.
4.5
very clean, spacious and helpful staff
