Interesting

Good location The host gave us pleasant recommendations, namely a trip to the Etna volcano and the Alcantara Gorge accompanied by a guide. Close to the train station and buses for visiting other sights

Pay attention to the buses because they don't really follow the schedule. The bus terminal is at a certain distance from the bus boarding location. Tickets cannot be bought from the driver at the bus terminal.

Bad

Hello, I do not recommend anyone to rent this house... I found a dirty and dusty house... In the heat of 49 Gadu, the owner was waiting for us outside and did not let us in during Chekini... it was terrible.

Excellent

The location was amazing right beside the train station and the bus station and only a 20 minute walk to the nearby beach. Everything you needed was in the apartment, lovely comfy bed , great shower and kitchen , everything was clean , aircon was super helpful too.

The only thing was the fridge, even on the coolest setting it was too warm and a lot of the food we had bought went bad very quick which was annoying.

A lovely apartment for our mini break.

Giovanna was super friendly, and even gave us advice on places to visit. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us and was super close to all local amenities.

Exceptional

Location in a bit noisy place, but close to several supermarkets (Penny, Coop, Conad) and what's most important just 300-400 meters from Bus Terminal (also Railway Station) since we wanted to visit several places in Eastern Sicily from Taormina (north) to Syracuse and Ragusa (south). Apartment with well equiped kitchen and a good bathroom. I also liked good contact with the owner - Giovanna, always ready to help and give advice what to see in the region.

Apartment fulfill our expectations, we had here all facilities to spend nice week in Catania. Host-Giovanna is such a great person, she gave us a piece of information about city and offered help with organizing trip

Great location in Catania! 5min to the bus, train station. 10min to the main street in Catania. Host of apartment very helpfull, tell you the best restaurant in the city or organize you trip to Etna or Taormina

Great!

Giovanna was very helpful and reactive. We arrived earlier she helped us with the luggage. Also gave us few good recommendations which we used. The appartment was very clean, you get everything, even an iron which i asked for. Location is great in center, we were able to reach on foot all touristic places.

Nothing connected to the appartment. What i didn't like is the trashy dirty neigborhood but that's the local gvt issue.

good value, very good communication with the host

location is a bit off the center, with approximately 20 minute walking distance to the main square. (it is close to the train station and the bus station so in that sense it is comfortable for frequent commuting). located on the ground floor with one window. not the cleanest or the tidiest place. mattress is very old and uncomfortable. sleeping area in a loft with steep steps (might not work for everyone)

Good place for short stay in Catania

The apartments are close enough to the railway and bus stations so you can sleep a little bit longer and quickly get on the morning train or bus to Etna. The bed is very comfortable. Equipped kitchen and bath room. Apartments have a big window. Good internet connection. Big supermarket nearby

It was our first time when bed is located on 2nd level so for us it was new experience)) It was chilly in evenings and at nights so we had to use AC. And it became stuffy upstairs but still cool downstairs. Stairs are steep so we thought twice about whether we took everything before going down :) The apartments are noisy because of the busy crossroad nearby. And there's traffic at night too :(

10 min to train or bus- perfect for travellers, coffee maker

bit loudy in a middle of day- but its a city center and ground floor close to main street- didnt disturb us at all
