Our two-bedroom/two-bathroom suite is perfect for you and your family or friends. From the balconies you can see the Intracoastal Waterway, or the Atlantic Ocean or the downtown skyline. We don't want you to worry about anything but your vacation, so the apartment is fully equipped with towels and bed sheets. The spacious place also provides a fully prepared kitchen, a washer/dryer and comfy living room.
This splendorous place will definitely make your vacation something to remember for a lifetime.

It is very important to highlight the Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktail club, where you can enter for free!

I will start off with the fact that our room was 2 hrs late for check in. We received our key at 6pm after numerous walks to check in desk. Check in desk can’t help you as you renting with Vrbo and when you ask for some information they have nothing to tell you but, that the room is not ready. Management company who is “managing” this property did not answer phone calls, texts nor emails to explain what’s going on. When we went up to the room cleaning crew was still there finishing cleaning. In description we were supposed to be provided with 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. Good luck finding the people who is servicing Beackwalk resort when you book through Vrbo. The rental is very very poorly equipped with kitchen utensils. They only had few stake knifes, few worn out pans no baking pan so if you planning to bake some chicken tenders plan ahead. No condiments nothing. When you come in to the room it smelled like mold and mildew. This was our third time coming to this hotel but experience with BW Miami Vacation Rentals was a complete disaster. Please safe yourself time and patience and book directly through owners as that’s what we did 2 previous times and experience was excellent otherwise we wouldn’t go to same hotel so often.

The residence was clean and very nice. The failure of this trip was that upon check in the front desk spent a lot of time emphasizing that they only provide check in and check out services. Even though they do not provide other services they put a hold on my credit card of $100 for any extra services that I may acquire during my stay. Not a big deal, but confusing after they spent so much time on what they don’t cover during your stay. Might want to work on their delivery of information. Next, the room offered no cooking items I.e., pans, no broom, no vacuum, no supplies in which to clean. I did contact the office that I was told to contact upon arrival to investigate why there were no supplies or items to clean and they said that housekeeping should have stocked the room. Remember that I was told that I was not to bother Any employee of this building if there were problems with the room. The contact person stated that they would send housekeeping the next day. Housekeeping came. She was rude, stated NOT MY PROBLEM, and proceeded to say. Relaxxxxx, OH MY GOD over and over and over and over agAin. I had to show her the email from the contact person for her to calm down and understand that I was following what I was told to do. I asked for someone such as a manager to sort this out, she stated she was the manager😳. She called the office and all of a sudden she became calm and stated that she would go and purchase the items and be back in an hour. She did not come back. The most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered in my travels. The next day a gentlemen knocked on the door and delivered the cooking utensils. 24 hours later. Crickets from my contact other then we are sorry for your experience. Emailed them again and and heard nothing from them about additional supplies. 24 hours later supplies delivered. Glad that someone was in the room at 1 to receive the item😳. Rooms were acceptable but overall experience left a lot to be desired. Need a lot of customer service training on both ends.

The rooms nicely decorated and upscale bathrooms. Only one elevator ever worked but managed. Seems like an ongoing problem. Can walk the beach, as the shuttles fill quickly and only hold 5. Was reimbursed for 2 chairs (only) at the beach - seating area very tight. Loved the high rise view. Underpass to walk over to the Walmart for supplies.
