Because I had to pay extra money for my accommodation when we did check in.

The staff is very friendly and I have really enjoyed my stay at the place on 3 occasions

Hotel was nice and clean, room was fine. Pool and beach access was good too.

Beach is full of vendors harassing hotel go-ers.

Wonderful staff, good food, spacious rooms with views, great pool, clean, lovely grounds. Also appreciated having the beach towels. Liked that it was at the quieter end of the beach.

Music at pool Too Loud. Such a classy hotel could carry that atmosphere right into the pool area. Instead, the pool music drowns out the restaurant music and spoils the atmosphere. The pool and beach could also have more shaded areas. Also didn’t like having to put in information every time you have to connect with the Internet.

Hotel is in a good location on the beach, all rooms face the sea. Large rooms but require renovation. Very clean place.

The hotel staff does not know English and this is a very big disadvantage, when I checked there the reception staff could not explain in English even basic things like what time breakfast is. Another disadvantage is that the wi fi was constantly disconnected from the network. I only ordered breakfast and it was really strange that there is a selection of dishes but only the staff can serve them to you and even here it was difficult to explain in English, it is not clear why you cannot take what you want by yourself.

Well run operation.Pool is large and well maintained. Breakfasts are varied and plentiful. View of water is beautiful. Staff is prompt and professional. Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is large with ample shower

More chairs/lounges are needed around the pool.

The staff is amazing at this lovely hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough. It's located next to the old charming center of Rodadero. The pool at beachside is very nice and inviting.

The food could be a bit better, but for the price shouldn't complain. The cocktails are really great... That makes it all better.

Breakfast was good. The staff was mostly good.

Booking showed a picture of my purchased room with details of beach view and pool view. When i entered my room i was shocked that all i saw was the roof of the 1st floor! I complained and lady in front desk says "you have the room you purchased" The beach on this location was ugly. There were 9 of us from California and only I went in the water. The beaches in California are not great so we were looking for something better. We just frowned and walked away. Room was ok. Old Fawcetts. Stingy on towels. Old toilets. They have directTV. Who cares, no one watches TV!! We would have loved to be able to cast some YouTube onto the TV. TV was not smart and they only provided directTV remote.

All in all, very nice resort with awesome pool. Rooms were clean, however painting in walls (room in 6th floor) finished in rush, but no big deal. Greatest asset of the hotel is staff. Friendly in every turn, ready to serve and fulfill your wishes, full 10/10. Reason for bot givong 10/10 over all is: bird and fly problem in breakfast area. It is not acceptable to let birds steal food from table if unguarded. Also, it is not very nice when flies are flying around the food. These problems can be easily solved, and they should, because it is hygiene issue in first place. Outdoor areas have their challenges, and if they cannot be solved, one should consider moving foods indoors, Byt like said, very nice property overall!
